When I visit NJ/NY and go to real dim sum, I have my dipping sauce of hot chili oil mixed with hot mustard dipping most if not all of dim sum food including shumai. I don't mind sweating , my nostrils on fire enjoying authentic dim sum.

That's cool. Thanks for sharing. The Shumai my wife made has peanut sauce and sweet soy sauce. Not spicy.

Grilled up some Hatch Chile Sausages from Sprouts Farmers Market and topped it with Garlic Aioli, peppers and onions and served it up with some green beans and Kraft Mac & Cheese.

BTW, next time I'll get this in the sub(hoagie) version.
I felt for $8.99 plus tax the portion in the Turkey Gobbler Bowl was less filling than in a Turkey Gobbler sub/hoagie roll.

I like the Wawa hoagie sandwiches. On the touch screen I press most if not all at times every veggie and most sauces. The sandwich becomes so big and delish the sandwich maker can't even roll it to close it. I tell them I eat it with my hands and also a knife and fork. Much more filling then a bowl. Wawa now has pizza but I haven't tried that. On a not do good note half the Wawa parking lot where I go at times is being taken over by Tesla charging stations. It crowds the already small parking lot. The owners hang out at Wawa while their car has to charged for around 30 min.
