My humble dinner was tasty! A roast beef club sandwich and chicken noodle soup

Grilled some steaks this evening. Local grocery store had sirloin for $3.99 lb. Best price I've seen lately on beef of any kind.
Served drizzled with melted Kerrygold butter, topped with some sauteed Vidalia onions, sweet potatoes with brown sugar and a simple salad.

I made a couple of Disney recipes this week:
1. The chocolate mousse from the bakery in France. It tasted better than it looked.

2. Tonight I made the Maui Scalloped potatoes that used to be at Ohana. They were great and I ate way too much.

Thanks the recipe was really simple and it didn't have flour or extra butter in it like my mom's recipe for scalloped potatoes. I am most definitely making it again.
