Ate like a kid again today for lunch. I really got to get back on track and start trying to eat more healthy.
This is one of those big ole hot dogs they sell at Sam's served with pimento mac & cheese and a pickle.
I did not bother to read the label when I bought the pack of hot dogs. Read it just a little while ago.
Turns out these things have 1090mg of sodium each. That is just ridiculous. No need to put so much sodium in these things.
