What is actually going on at the Magic Kingdom tomorrow? I’m going to be there and it’s a bit disappointing that there’s zero schedule or list of any events that are happening. I suppose that could be because there aren’t any, but it seems unlikely. Would love to know if there was going to be any kind of ceremony or event.

We just walked past Bob Iger taking a photo with two ladies outside the Flying Fish on the Boardwalk.

There was a private event going on inside and I think he was just leaving.

That sounds about right…… thanks
I will say the parks were pretty dead today, so will be interesting to see the other parks aside from MK tomorrow. I knocked out AK in less than 3 hours and pretty much finished off DHS aside from a few tonight in just a few hours. Refreshing compared to what nonsense I’m sure I’ll be dealing with at MK tomorrow

Watching the video from today, at the very least, Josh is light years a better spokesperson for parks than Chapek ever was.

Of course that's not saying much, but really - he's pretty good in that role.

Josh has charm in spades, is well-liked by CM's, and seems to be trying to straddle a love and appreciation for the parks and their nostalgia, with a mandate for IP driven, money lucrative additions/experiences.

In the end he is still on the corporate side, and the corporation and its needs will always come first.

Apparently tonight's showing of "Enchantment" is private, but will be livestreamed on Disney Parks' Youtube Channel.

The bracelet is a must for me too, along with the bell, placemats, and some of the Preview Center merchandise. I’m glad you were impressed by the bracelet! I couldn’t tell from pictures if it was okay quality or not.

I am annoyed by them making so many unisex styles, and glad I’m not the only one! It’s bad enough to usually have to pay more for a ladies’ cut shirt, but that beats paying them for t-shirts that look more like nightgowns on me. I don’t want to buy a bunch of shirts for the 50th, but I would like 2 or 3, and it would be nice to have more options as a woman who usually looks absolutely awful in anything unisex. I don’t mind loose clothing, but I also don’t want to look like I’m wearing a tent!
What’s the preview center merchandise? Thx

5:30am?
Oh man....

Resort buses start rolling an hour before Park opening....as per the norm, but now I'm thinking they will start earlier tomorrow.

Need to get to sleep...NOW.
I've only been in town for two days and I am already dead tired.

Tomorrow will be EPICNESS!
Good luck to everyone making the trek to the Park!

✨

Friendly reminder -

I will be giving away some of my fun Tony Baxter & Figment inspired fan art postcards between 1pm to 1:30pm October 1st at Magic Kingdom for the 'Big Day!'
See my earlier post a couple pages back for photos.

Meet up spot is the area directly outside of the exit from Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.
The 'photo spot' by the water geysers...
I'll have my straw 'jungle' hat on, and my black Electrical Water Pageant shirt.
Come say hello and enjoy some free fun postcards!
If you are a Tony Baxter fan, or a fan of his creations, these will be something you won't want to miss!

:)
