As for today, looks like on Twitter that most of the 50th Decor is still up. I'm guessing nothing will change until DE is really done??

Pandemic aside as a factor, what a sorry, forgettable excuse for a celebration of one of the most milestone numbers the place could have. Here is hoping the 60th really provides a Renaissance.

Being AT WDW to celebrate her 50th was meaningful to me. I ran the Dopey Challenge and also had a great family trip. I do not think it was meaningfully put together.

50th Outfits are gone from MMFF. Same outfits as this morning's Welcome Show. Dancer's Outfits has not changed yet...

Since today is the final day for Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration. Here are two tweets that perfectly sums up Disney's preparations for WDW's 50th Anniversary and it's execution and general reactions from longtime WDW fans and visitors.


And in video format (replace Mr. Krabs as Bob Chapek, Krabbyland with WDW's actual offerings for the 50th Anniversary, and the fish children as longtime WDW fans and guests)


Here's a rare behind-the-scenes look at TDO's planning session for WDW's 50th Anniversary. Just replace Spongebob asking Mr. Krabs (modern Disney) about "The True meaning of Summer" with him telling Chapek and modern Disney about how "Meaningless and mundane the entire Anniversary feels compared to the 25th Anniversary".

A catchphrase we should've adopted during the 50th should've been....
"HEY, HEY, (JDA/RAC)! HOW MANY CUTS DID YOU MAKE TODAY?!"
