You should have seen the look of disgust in some people's eyes when they walked in MK and saw that thing. LOL I hated it.

Not to mention the many complaints from newelyweds who wanted a photo of Cinderella Castle at the Wedding Pavilion.

Ratatouille attraction
Harmonious
Enchantment
Kite Tales
And then during the 50th.....

They are doing alot. But I'm with you and feeling underwhelmed by it all. For me I think and really hope my perception on how good the 50th anniversary celebration is will be based on my enjoyment of Enchantment, Harmonious, and Kite Tales. If those turn out to be great I think the 50th will go down in my memory as great.

I was five and this is still one of my favorite and most clear Disney memories. I would’ve loved a revival tbh. Lol

I was going to say it was probably just the angle of the picture...

But every single picture I've seen of it this morning has it leaning to the left, so I think you're right...

Look at the molding on the sides of the crest...they're a little off, too. It's crooked.

I actually think in this case, the simple crest is better. (Graphic designer/sign maker here.)

No DAK got Lucky the Dinosaur (also gone). All the stuff were “gifts” from other parks.

Nope they should have left it as a clock. This might have been ok as a banner or on flags leading up to the castle

It's fine. I just hope that after this year, they tear down all that gaudy craporama and paint her back to her traditional colors.

What they just painted over was probably my favorite color scheme of the last 20 years. I think it really nice. Don't get me wrong, I love pink, but this does not seem to fit right.

I saw HEA tonight and the medallion is highlighted appropriately in pretty much every scene. It has even been animated into a few sequences. It’s not just lit but is represented appropriate to the scene.

Good to see them incorporate the new 50th medallion on the Castle into the Show.

Going to the effort to do so even through the show 'ends' in a couple of months is a nice touch.
