The morning we leave for Disneyland has come. We have spent the last six days in Arizona visiting my brother-in-law and doing some site-seeing. We spent some time in Phoenix where we visited our first water park,

WOOF!!! :confused:
Glad y'all still had a decent time at Plaza despite the freak "reality show" wannabes. Coulda' been worse though - Honey what's-her-trash and family coulda' been there...! :eek: I here on another forum from a member that has family that works at WDW that they "invade" more than often enough. I'll bet they had smug grins on their faces as they sat back and watched the mayhem. Great parents...what a coupla' you-know-what bags... :cool:

Yea, I bet it's like around here in Austin as far as the growth. We've been back here since '76 and to say it has changed is beyond a MASSIVE understatement...! This place has exploded!!! :confused: LOVE this Weird place...! :eek: :D ;)
We were only in Huntsville for about 18 months from '66-'68, but I have some interesting memories...
Trips to the Arsenal to see the rockets, just before the first moon landing (pop even attended a lecture by Wernher von Braun - google "Disneyland - 1.20 - Man in Space - Part 3 of 4" - along with the other 3 parts, it's VERY cool!), taking cover in the storeroom of a grocery store from a tornado that ended up destroying a neighborhood just down the road, the unoccupied "haunted house" across the street (the whole time we lived there - that was actually VERY fun as a little kiddo...! :D :cool:). We even had a good snow while we lived there...! :eek: :)
Would like to go back and visit someday! :)

EDIT: I just remembered somethin' else I wanted to include in this post...
We lived on Gamma Circle Northwest. I google earth'd it...we used to live in the house on the corner of the entrance street and the beginning of the "circle"...!!! :)
