I like the car concept art, but can Disney stop putting out bad CG artwork as the only thing to show for their upcomming attractoins at WDW?
Edit: Overall, I am very hyped that this is going into Innoventions. It seems as if it will be futuristic as well.

^^^:fork: HEY! I liked my Lego Corner...:D

This is going to have a pretty limited capacity, no?
Looks to be, but it will be in Innoventions, I doubt it will generate a huge crowd.
If they used something like the first one for TT it would fit FW better.
Exactly.

Maybe Disney should not re-new its Siemens contract when it expires and bring back AT&T to sponser SSE.

I would not mind...Can we bring back the AT&T theme, too? And the ending? And the Narration? And the music?

...And my favorite ride of all time...?:o

Isn't that what Innoventions has been since like 1994, the "Dark Path"? I've never seen an area where big windows and natural light was so ignored.

No' originally Innoventions had no straight layout. (I think' I never saw that version.) Apparently' guests complained that the layout was too confusing so in 99 (The year I first went) They created the "Road to Tomorrow" layout which made it easier for guests to commute through the exhibits. Now' recent reports say that a lot of the "Road" theming is gone (Directional signs etc) but the actual "Road" is still there. I think it would be very dumb to remove the Road to Tomorrow because it will bring back the problems the original Innoventions had.

Not sure how accurate this is, but I have heard that the attraction will be limited to 600 guests per day. It will also have both height and weight restrictions.

600? Wow, so thats like...one guest a minute for the time that Innoventions and SoAT will be open. That is pretty low!

But wasn't the plastic factory pretty low too? (Not quite that low) But I recall 8 or 10 stations, and they cycled the groups through in 10 minute shows I think.

And most of the kuka arm ride footage I have seen has a 2 person seat, and it looks like the sketch is the same way. If they double up on creation, (2 creation tables to 1 kuka arm) say 10 minutes to create a 1 minute ride, that allows for 2 minutes to load, 1 minutes to ride, and 2 minutes to unload. Seems reasonable to have a new group entering every 5 minutes.

There are sunroofs in both buildings that are about 10' round in diameter but they been blocked due to the theatrical lighting now (If you come out of Character Spot and turn left down the hall you can look up and see some). They were able to control the mood and lighting this way. Another example of of this is when they enclosed FotLK.

Yeah, I've seen those in that hall (the nice part of Innoventions as I like to call it.). I know some argue that Innoventions is better suited in the dark without the natural light, but I disagree completely. Not only does it make for a rather depressing and claustophobic space, but the window coverings prevent you from seeing whats inside Innoventions. I bet Innoventions could double its guest flow simply by taking the window coverings down.

Anyway, enough ranting on Innoventions. Back to Sum of All Thrills! :o Does anyone know how loud (or quiet) the Kuka arms might be? I'm just wondering what it might be like sound-wise inside Innoventions to have four of these operating at once.

This is a really personal hit to WWoHP, and a very smart move on Disney's part. They basically said "Well, that ride may be good, but all you're really riding are seats on a stick! Here, we'll show you." They singlehandedly uncovered Uni's magic and created a draw to the other parks in one swoop.

It's a bleak road to the future...:lookaroun:lol:

Just look at SSE...

I call it Communicore Coridor.;)

Quite the opposite; in 1994 all the pathways were straight:

IS that still how it is? I thought they made it easier to navigate in 98/99...?
