Trip Report The Story Comes ALIVE! *COMPLETED*

Hello again, my friends.

For nearly a decade it has been such a joy for me to write about 50 (yes, 50!) different trips that I have taken to WDW - including one that was virtual.

The reason? You, the reader.

I don’t do trip reports for my own documentation. I have journals for that. I write because I love interacting with y’all. Your encouragement, humor, curiosity and even snark (*ahem* @amjt660) assure me that I am not alone in my crazy affection for Disney parks. A big thanks to each of you!

I am very fortunate to be a frequent visitor to WDW (despite what @Mr Ferret 88 believes, I do not live there!) and am entering a season of monthly visits. Trip reporting is time consuming (as those of you who’ve written can attest) but I’m not ready to completely give it up - yet.

What I’d like to do is keep this as an ongoing TR for the rest of 2023. It will be highlights and moments, with live posting as the goal. My story coming alive, so to speak.

First up is spring break with my favorite girl.

Followed closely by a getaway with my favorite guy.

There will be Magician meets. New experiences. And (as always) the unexpected.

Absolutely love the photos from EPCOT. Sorry to hear about the fall you took, but hope it didn't hinder the remainder of your trip.

…but I tripped, and face-planted on the concrete. Hard.

My right hand/wrist took the brunt of the fall, but both my palms were scraped and bloody, knees skinned and I could feel the wrist and leg bruises forming. At the moment I wasn’t sure which was worse - the embarrassment or the pain.

Ugh. Sorry to hear you fell. There are so many distractions around, that it's easy to miss obstacles in your path (even steps). Hoping you're doing a lot better now. Glad that the first aid location was able to assist you.

Jealous! I remember Ambrosia and used to love their songs. I miss attending F&G, with the concert series. Have seen a number of performers there, and each time, it was a treat!

I feel so bad that I contributed to your fall by jinxing you with my "Have a fun day in MK"! I hope your hands are feeling alright this morning. I took a bad fall close to our house on a walk a few years back and those wounds hurt badly for a quite a few days. Your meal at Via Napoli was just what the doctor ordered along with the America Rocks concert. I hope you're able to ride TRON on this last day. Safe travels home.

My brother and sister-in-law live 10 minutes up the road from us.

The 4 of us have never gone out for breakfast.

Until today.

They drove down yesterday for a friend’s wedding. We thought it would be fun to have a Disney meal together.

My brother has a dry sense of humor. As soon as we sat down he commented: “Hey, I’d like the best seat the house. Can you put me next to the wall, please?”

My SIL had never had a French press pot and was very excited to try it. The server explained the coffee needed four minutes to steep, no more no less. She took him very seriously.

Food ~

Tonga Toast for bro and SIL

Ham and cheese omelet for Woody

Macadamia Nut pancakes for me

Everything was delicious!
