And I’m Cdunlap! Sit down and relax, please! To help you calm down, I’ll prep you two cups of tea! One is a transcendent Japanese matcha tea and the other is an effervescent black tea from the tea fields of Sri Lanka with milk! After that, I’ll give you a nice, long lecture about ancient Mexican and Peruvian history!
Yes, I insist that the unofficial beverage of SA is two cups of tea: one with Japanese Matcha and one with Sri Lankan black tea with milk. Both are nice and hot, ready to calm the nerves and souls of those who sip the effervescent, transcendent tea contained within!

Next is the Legend of Zelda and wow this from top to bottom might be @OSUPhantom 's best work of all time. Perhaps in prior games there was no outlet for Zelda? Because goodness you took this part and ran with it. I could honestly write piece by piece and compliment each item individually, but it might take me too long to type. Just know that each aspect of this area, from the map, to the attraction descriptions, to the overall feel of the land felt like a labor of love on your part and it was definitely noticed.
It was 100% a labor of love. The Legend of Zelda series is such a foundational part of my childhood getting to work with it was an absolute joy. Thank you for your kind words. They have my smiling ear to ear reading them!

Would you settle for one and a half cups? Too much matcha gives me the shakes.
I'm sorry, but I'm a tea addict, so we can't cut any cups! Blame my 9th grade art teacher for enabling me. To help me calm down for one time after school, she prepped me the aforementioned Sri Lankan tea and told me about her experience in that country. I've loved Green Tea since 6th grade, but my love for it blossomed when my 9th grade art teacher gave me and the class some delicious matcha! That is why I will always get some sort of hot tea at Starbucks!

SUPER NINTENDO COUNTRY

First off, love the powerpoint, the colors, and the incredible map. It's so clear and concise, it's perfect for a Nintendo project. Great job @Pi on my Cake - and as project manager as well, Pi was instrumental in building out both the connection to Super Nintendo World, and keeping all of these various ideas in check making for one amazing project.

Starting off - the Rickshaw! Wow, something I wasn't anticipating seeing in an imagineering comp - I believe this is the first time. Move over peoplemover, the rickshaw is the way of the future! (I thought this was a funny, clever idea and fit the aesthetic as well) I also love the setup of this land as well being more forest ruled and 'country' compared to the original Super Nintendo World. Now, Banjo-Kazooie Koaster might be one of @D Hulk 's best coasters yet. From the artwork, to the descriptions, to the layout, to the craziness of it all, this was a sure-fire home run contribution in my book. And also being a model similar to Ride to Happiness, I can imagine this being one of, if not, the greatest coaster experience of all time. The Coaster Studios reaction was hilarious, and sounded just like them as well. I love the integration of the real world reviewers in this project. I'm not sure whose idea that was, but it definitely added a sense of originality and authenticity to the project.

Deeper into the Famicon Forest, the side quests offer another element of interactivity to the land which is what a Nintendo land is all about. And the Kirby spinner in the teacup fashion is a nice way of implementing that popular character into the land. Splinda Cafe was a nice write up as well. Pokemon River Adventure was well described. In the grand scheme of things it felt kind of thrown in. Granted it was a requirement for the land, but I was hoping that something as popular as Pokemon would have either been accompanied by some images or rolled out a bit more uniquely. Still I do think this is a nice write up and deserves credit where credit is due.

Some of the smaller aspects of this project though continue to stand out. Like going out of your way to describe the restrooms and picnic areas, these all add to the wholesomeness of the project and the innovativeness of the land. The Dream Train/Peoplemover was a very fun addition to the project. While it may not serve the most purpose, it adds to the kinetics of the Nintendo Country and that's again something that is 100% a staple of these Nintendo projects.

New Horizons was an adorable addition. A Nintendo ride in the spirit of Peter Pan's Flight? Genius! The final main portion of the project focuses on Splatoon and I think the description and transition into the indoor area is very good. Especially with the weather in the winters in Japan, having an indoor land is a perfect escape from any inclement weather and a great attribute to have in a new land. Everything about this land feels like a passion project and that is what this game is all about. While I don't know exactly every detail of the game having only played it once maybe twice, and doing a former imagineering project on it in Great Move Ride 2, there is enough of a description and hold on the property here to get a good sense of what the land is all about. Everything from the E-ticket description down to the small food carts is very well organized and is very easy to tell how much energy and passion went behind this area of the project.

All in all, as Tintirrino's finest hour project, this was truly, the finest hour.

BOOK XI RESULTS
HOUSE TINTIRRINO!

Overall, Super Nintendo Country went up against stiff competition as both projects put their best feet forward in the penultimate project, but Tintirrino's organization, cohesiveness despite eclectic properties, and small niche details slightly surpassed Heimlichen's very powerful individual pieces that just ever so narrowly missed beating Tintirrino's cohesiveness. Congratulations, Tintirrino!

One more book, let’s end this season with a bang! Hopefully there will be a season 9!

THE FINALE

Our finale will take us to one of the most coveted locations in all of the Sorcerer's Apprentice Universe, because it has been conceived entirely through the imaginative abilities of our own players...

Disneyland Brazil is a wholly original theme park, that over the years has been revamped, remodeled, and ultimately made our own. Because of these enhancements over the years, the Walt Disney Company has been gifted something companies dream of --- a surplus!

Disneyland Brazil has become the most profitable resort in the Sorcerer's Apprentice Universe, and Disney is now equipped to add to it in ways never thought possible...

Designers traveled the globe in hopes of finding inspiration and landed on building a park in the aesthetic of the original Future World at Epcot, but with a contemporary/futuristic/green futurism/cyberpunk vibe.

Three locations across the world were identified as the leading inspirations behind this 2nd gate at Disneyland Brazil.

The park is destined to feature 10 unique pavilions to explore, some which can focus on the core aspects of EPCOT such as communication, transportation, health, and more, while others can explore eclectic themes yet to be seen in EPCOT's Future World or World Celebration...

Budgets were set. Ground was ready to move. There was only one question to answer...who was going to build this?

Disneyland Brazil has a surplus, and the creatives at Walt Disney Imagineering are looking for a 2nd gate to feature futuristic Epcot-style themes throughout a park showcasing 10 unique pavilions. And the suits have found just the team to do it -- the finalists of The Sorcerer's Apprentice

Your final task will be to individually design a pavilion for an Epcot-style theme park (tentatively titled Cyberpunk City) located at the Disneyland Brazil Resort

The Finalists
@AceAstro
@Architectural Guinea Pig
@D Hulk
@Earlie the Pearlie
@JokersWild
@Mr. Sullivan
@OSUPhantom
@Pi on my Cake
@Tegan pilots a chicken
@TheOriginalTiki

@ThemeParkPriest had mentioned he won't be available after Saturday, so he will be a finale reviewer with me and help determine the ultimate winner.

How will this round work?
- The park plan dictates that 'Cyberpunk City' must include 10 unique pavilions
- Each of you will individually design a pavilion to be included in this park
- You'll work together as to not have overlapping themes and make sure the park itself is cohesive, but ultimately it will be your individual passion, imagination, and journey in your pavilion that will determine the winner of The Sorcerer's Apprentice Season 8!
- There will be no project manager, but you will all be included in the same message so you can communicate with one another as you build out your creations. Submit your location requests for your pavilion and I (or perhaps Priest) will draw out the layout of the park once things have been decided.
- Everything has built up to this moment. An Epcot Pavilion can have a bit of everything. Coasters, dark rides, characters, music, restrooms!, look back through every project and how much you have grown and apply it to this pavilion.
- In the end, every pavilion will become a part of the SAU for good in this new 2nd gate at Disneyland Brazil, but the best pavilion will go on to become .... The Sorcerer's Apprentice!

We have many opportunities for a first time winner, and many opportunities for a repeat winner. Who will it be? We will find out soon...

This Book is due Sunday September 29th at 11:59PM PST
