Monster of the Month Club
It appears that a movie is coming out for this series, but it is a much lower-budget than something that would be on Disney Plus. Disney should buy the rights to Monster of the Month Club (a 4-book series). The series follows the life of a home-schooled girl (named Rilla) who lives in a Bed & Breakfast with her mom. She receives a monster (usually plush) every month in the mail, but the monsters sometimes come to life!

The Adventures of Raggedy Ann

raggedy-ann-stories-9781481443890_hr.jpg

She has been known the world over as a famous toy and the star of a long-running series of books, and now Disney+ is the new home of a new animated series starring the one and only Raggedy Ann! Spending her days with her beloved owner Marcella, Raggedy Ann is a pure-hearted ragdoll who sees the beauty and joy in the world all around. Along with her more rough-and-tumble brother Raggedy Andy, the two help to lead the toys in fun and play, though there's always adventure around the corner. From facing the mean-spirited pranks of Looney Land to navigating a tale of nursery rhymes, the two ragdoll siblings are always ready to face the cynical and mean with rays of sunshine and a candy heart!

Krownest
krownest_793459cf.jpeg

Calling back to the Day 7 Proposal on creating an alternate Star Wars planet for alternate Galaxy's Edge, I had initially proposed a swampy coastal port on a subtropical moon, mirroring Central Florida, but for something unique for Floridians, I propose the ex-Mandalorian governed planet Krownest; a world of ice and snow in the Outer Rim Territory. Hoth would be on option if it wasn't for it being closer to the top of the Arctic x 30. For Galaxy's Edge, Krownest would be set during the Clone Wars and would be expanded up with a market town nestled in by a frosted fjord (force perspective would make the glaciers look taller and more distant than they actually are. 3 major attraction here would be a dry-for-wet dark ride; only this time exploring the sea for a lost Mandalorian outpost instead of observing alien fauna at a reef, an EMV evading droid soldiers invading a Galactic Republic base, and a mine coaster through untamed woods and icy caverns.

A New Tomorrowland, Today!

a461bf1c8e8faa2a6fdd09fe31b5e259.jpg

Tomorrowland at the Magic Kingdom is a great example of a problem that has always plagued Tomorrowland: tomorrow is always coming, so each attempt to seem futuristic just grows more dated. What to do about this dilemma? Simple: go all in on the "Raygun Gothic" aesthetic! By embracing that colorful and striking design style and the more fantastical sci-fi elements with it, you can bring guests into a future that never was and always will be. Those Art Deco designs will be reinforced throughout the land, and expect some new thrills to help transport guests into this retro-futurist world. For example, say goodbye to Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, and say hello to Vince Quasar and the Robot Rampage!.

This exciting ride, still keeping the shooter dark ride format while doing away with the Toy Story connection, brings guests into the world of Progress City. Here, famous astro-hero Vince Quasar needs our help when mad scientist Dr. Cathode arrives with an army of evil robots to tear the city apart. Using your trusty Ray-Blasters, take aim at these mechanical menaces and put a stop to the fiendish doctor's plans!
If this existed I would never leave. You can’t make me. I want to live hear. In one of the high rises. In a triad with Margot Robbie and Chris Hemsworth. I’ll stop talking now.

The Incredibles

MV5BMTY5OTU0OTc2NV5BMl5BanBnXkFtZTcwMzU4MDcyMQ@@._V1_FMjpg_UX1000_.jpg

Pixar has plenty of great films, but one that would make for a delightful movie musical would be The Incredibles! The film already benefits from a fun and jazzy score courtesy of composer Michael Giacchino, and that score could be further enhanced through the power of song. Imagine a montage number as Mr. Incredible gets into his secret life as a superhero again, or a grand villain song as Syndrome lays out his frustrations over being rejected by Mr. Incredible. There could even be a fun patter song as Edna Mode lays out the importance of superhero costume design. Whatever the case, a good musical version on the story would be a great addition to a good movie.

Wall-E: The Musical with songs from Phil Collins

PhilCollins.jpg

Following the success of Tarzan and Brother Bear, Phil Collins is back to make his mark on Disney/Pixar’s Wall-E: The Musical. Popular songs of “Another Day in Paradise” and “Do you Remember” as well as some brand new ones make this musical one that every adult and kid will enjoy. Even the whimsical “First Date” song from the movie gets a boost from his “You Can’t Hurry Love.”

Best Song: "The Bare Necessities", The Jungle Book (1967)

JBx21ax91c-afa8777.jpg

Doctor Dolittle is generally agreed to be a bad movie. It did not deserve the massive Oscars push that Fox had done with it, nor did it deserve to win an Oscar for the song "Talk to the Animals", especially when "The Bare Necessities" had been nominated. "The Bare Necessities" is a song that serves as a great character piece, highlighting Baloo's philosophy of life with a charming jazzy sound. That easygoing beat combined with charming lyrics have helped to make the song an iconic entry in the Disney songbook, and it should have earned that Oscar.

Disney is known for making their parks and rides family-friendly. However, there are some rides that could push that boundary a bit and turn up the intensity.

Your task is to..
Propose a scary Halloween overlay for a ride. BUT it must be a ride in one of the four Florida Disney Parks.

Some reminders:
-You can keep it simple! You don’t have to make a full blown 10 page document on the ride. You can do a couple sentences and/or a few pictures. Whatever you feel comfortable with

Mission: Space - Lost to the Stars

space-debris.jpg

The International Space Training Center is always looking to prepare new astronauts for the rigors of space travel, offering test missions based on flights around Earth or Mars. However, not all tests are just for thrills and excitement, improving your abilities. Sometimes, they must test to see how astronauts can cope with even the worse circumstances. Thus, during the Halloween season, Mission: Space offers a new mission for the Orange track: Lost to the Stars. As explained in the pre-show video, this is a flight simulation to see how you can cope when a spaceflight goes terribly wrong. After all, there is plenty of risk in venturing out into the unknown, and it can be important to make sure that prospective astronauts understand what can happen. Thus, guests climb into the simulator, preparing for their test of the X-2. What starts out as a flight to Mars, however, takes a turn for the course and they end up disastrously off-course. It is a journey where they are buffeted by space debris, solar flares, and micrometeorities. They react quickly to use their navigational tools and tech to properly respond, but that merely helps to delay the worst. It all leads up to a bad crash landing, as guests barrel towards another planet...and their end.

To journey into space and sail among the stars is a true wonder, but like all explorers, there is always that chance where you will meet your fate out in the unknown.
