That ravioli looks so good I hope they have it at next year F&W
Please people, you have heard this expression before right? Maybe some of you have used it??

It was a beautiful night.
I had made a SSE FP after our Frozen fail. We headed that way, I think everyone from Frozen was in that line. We decided to head back to BLT. It was 8:00. Still early but we had been up since early and tomorrow we were rope dropping FoP.

This isn't really this bad of a picture. Some where along the line I switched to live mode on my phone’s camera.
The beginning of the pix looks really good!
On our monorail ride home we debated watching fireworks from Top of the world lounge.
NOTE: This is my TR and I am going to allow this next gif.
On the monorail we were talking and giggling and having fun. I said I was really bummed we didnt get to go on Frozen. “We were so close. It was like kissing your brother.”
Well, you could have heard a pin drop in our car. It seems Long Islanders do not know that expression. They had a lot of fun, at my expense. We were all laughing, I was tryin to defend myself, “it’s a saying I swear!” Then J says, “I dont know what you and your brother do.”
“My brother is dead.”
Another pin drop. I did not mean for that happen. Finally I googled the expression and credit is given to Back to the Future for it’s origin. Ha!!!
Please people, you have heard this expression before right? Maybe some of you have used it??

When we got to the Contemporary we thought a snack was a good idea. Something healthy??

No! We got a cookie or two to share and headed back to the room.
I took the pull out chair again as tomorrow my plan comes to fruition.
but it will...
I have been saying “kissing your brother” for years but never knew it was from Back to the Future until that night on the monorail. Or maybe I forgot??? I was in high school when the movie came out.Just asked my Back To The Future loving husband if he had heard that saying before and he said yes!
Ummmm...Hey cookies can be healthy. There are eggs in them and that's protein....
I’m not familiar with that phrase but all too familiar with saying something that goes over like a lead balloon.
It always confuses/surprises me when something I think is common knowledge or a common cultural reference apparently is not.

The girls were having a good ole time at my expense. It's not. I find it very 70's psychelelic!
Frank knows about that scene/phrase in Back to the Future too!
Thanks for reading. And for the reassurance on the kissing your brother thing.I have definitely heard that expression before and not only from Back to the Future. Love the TR, BTW. Always do!
OK... I've been holding onto this one... with no where to put it... but here goes... NO FROZEN... really
Please people, you have heard this expression before right? Maybe some of you have used it??
I know the movie quote, but I’ve never heard it used in conversation. I don’t have a brother, but I’m not sure I’d use the phrase in your context of “we were so close” If I knew how to post gifs I’d post the one where Monica realizes Ross was her midnight mystery kisser back in 1987...
