Well, the red line is the RR track, #1 is where Mermaid is going(rumor:zipit:), #2 is pond scum, so that leaves #3.
A station somewhere in#3 would require:
Relocation of the track, or,
a new siding, or,
relocation, a tunnel , massive themeing for MK Drive, or,
if jt is correct, and Walt's undiscovered plans for Fland exist somewhere on a Club 33 napkin, perhaps #3 is phase#? of the Fantasyland that had been lost in the mysts of time.:sohappy:

Nice post. :) To be clear, I was only suggesting the FL blueprints might have roots in the past. Namely the castle courtyard, walls and the enchanted forest aspect. The original 20K looks like a last minute add to me now in hindsight. It just didn't belong where it was.

I like your drawing. And I could very well see #3 being expanded into someday and a train station being added where the existing track is and due north of the castle. MK drive is not such an obstacle. The fireworks would be the biggest issue IMO. So, the facilities would either need to closed during the fireworks or be sheltered/indoors.

I was referring to #1 the 20K plot. I didn't even realize the train tracks went that far behind. Nice post. Thanks. A little re-routing of the access road and there would certainly be quite a bit of land back there.

In that aerial photo, EVERYTHING including the trees from the 20K show building (the green grassy area at #1) west to the edge of the Magic Kingdom Dr turnaround loop is all taken up by the proposed/rumored/leaked expansion blueprints.

As mentioned, expansion any farther north than that MK Drive access road would become an issue with the fireworks fallout zone.
Now...could they conceivably construct a show building on the north side of the road and connect it with an enclosed bridge over the road from this new Fantasyland expansion? Perhaps.
