Hollywood Boulevard-
Sorry for my continuous display of procrastination. But is is not entirely my fault, my internet connection hasn't been working due to recent weather, so I haven't been able to get on lately. Read and Review. I'm hoping for some criticism.
Hollywood Boulevard-
You enter into the entrance gateways and step onto streetway of Hollywood Boulevard. Directly ahead of you is the Crossroads of the World, an information center. Some of the surrounding shops on the street include the Mickey's of Hollywood, The Intermission Stand, The L.A. Cinema Store, and the Celebrity 5 & 10 Store. If you get hungry, you might want to stop by the Hollywood & Vine or the Hollywood Brown Derby restaraunts. Not to mention, the entire street is packed with wonderful "streetmosphere" performers.
At the pathway that intersects Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard, you'll come across The Carthay Circle Theater. Daily, Snow White- An Enchanting Musical plays here. The theme fits, due to the fact that the Carthay Circle Theater was the theater that Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs premiered in. Next to the theater, you'll find Fairest of Them All, a walkthrough exhibit, showcasing the creation of Snow White, Walt Disney's first full-length animated film. For more information and the showtimes, check the scheduled showtimes list.
About halfway down the street, guests can find one of the two loading station for the Electric Car Trolleys. The trolleys take guests from Hollywood Boulevard onto the opposite side of Sunset Boulevard, where the opposite loading station lies. There are 3 different trolley cars that run on a 5 minute cycle.
Continuing down the street, the pathway empties out into a large circular courtyard, surrounded by a series of palm trees. Here, various pathways split up into the other various studio lots and soundstages of the park. However, directly ahead, in the famous Grauman's Chinese Theater, Lights, Camera, Action! takes place. It is a mild thrill ride that takes guests through the classic scenes of various movies. It is basically The Great Movie Ride on steroids. It features an extensive queue, similar to GMR. It features vehicles similar to Indiana Jones and Dinosaur. On one of the sides of the attractions, you'll find the Movie Memorabilia gift shop.
