Okay yeah. I definitely think it’s this area:

Yeah so we re sitting on that beige planter wall in the back. Someone took the picture facing the now Buzz building. Would have been America the Beautiful / Circle Vision back in the day. Amazing how many times I’ve been there the fact that all that seating still exists in that little alcove surprises me. I think that’s where the face painting cart is now if I’m not mistaken. Although the area doesn’t seem as deep in my mind. Interesting.

Thanks again! Was killing me haha.

Don't really know where else to put this but Apparently according to , Disney Junior live will be going down after March 24th according to the Disneyland website calendar for the attraction. It's unclear if it will be back with something like say, a 70th anniversary overlay or if the show will be gone for good. If it's gone for good, it's probably another victim of budget cuts for the AGVA labor union performers.

It’s becoming Bluey live, remember Disney just bought the theme park rights.

Thrilled to see the stranded astronauts (9 Months!) rescued by SpaceX splash down just a few minutes ago.

Such a shame that just one of the multiple abandoned buildings and theaters and pavilions in Tomorrowland aren't being used as a SpaceX exhibit.

Can you imagine how much fun it would have been to watch this rescue mission live in Tomorrowland?!?

Except all the Teslas are white.

Everything so boring now. All cars are black, white or blue. All McDonalds are gray. All new houses are white with a row of ficus trees in front.

While I’m speaking of houses - I have a neighbor who has an 8 foot tall fake bamboo fence covering his real fence all the way across the front yard. And I was thinking man - if everyone did that the streets would look so ugly. Every suburban street would just look long alleyways. It’s the landscaping and front yards that add charm to a neighborhood.

Maybe this just shows that a majority of people are now "boring" and prefer a more uniform "boring" look.

Looking ar Star Wars Nites, which used to sell out instantly, only one day out of 10 has sold out. Tickets are 170 too for the fun of showing up late on a Tuesday or Thursday night. Seems like this event has reached it's price limit.

I always read bad things about the after hours events and how it turns into hour plus lines for photo ops, with nothing else to offer. Wonder if they will make changes going forward be it to offerings or pricing.

That is why I'm going to Universal Studios for their FanFest. At least they are offering mazes, shows and anime zones outside of the rides and special food. Why do I want to take pictures with a cos-player at Disneyland for $170. I can go to Comic Con and do that for free.

Disney just doesn't try anymore. Too many pixie duster zombies.

It's late, and I hope we all had a fun weekend, but did we already do this one from Jack Plotnick?

I feel like we haven't done this one yet.

Also, the blonde lady in the orange dress with the ball fringe definitely had some good stories to tell.

Is that your old neighbor lady?

This is kind of fun for a random Monday night...

A kid steals a Camaro at the Dana Point Ritz Carlton (used to have a great bar, does it still?) and leads CHP on a wild goose chase through Orange County that ends, naturally, at the Disneyland parking structure. Because, why not? 🤣

We're going too! Never been to any after hours event before but this has a lot going for it and isn't about photo ops.

The Star Trek zone would be interesting to see. I'm into the 6th season of watching ST: TNG with the Target Audience reaction channel. I watched it back in the day but forgot many episodes, and it's fun to see it again.

This makes me wonder if the Star Trek maze will be similar to Borg Encounter without the flight simulator in Las Vegas. I assume we do a conga line through various scenes like at HHN.

It's not like Disneyland could come up with a Star Wars maze where we escape from the Death Star or anything like that.

People have to choose from what the manufacturer/dealer offers. I bought a “space grey” car because 1) I don’t find grey boring when it’s used well and 2) the alternative was school bus yellow. 😃

Lol ok, I have metallic gun grey myself, and I like it because it’s easy it remain clean longer. Anyways, was talking about Mick’s comments on his neighbors all having the same boring uniform yards. That isn’t based on the forced offerings of a “manufacturer”, that is based on personal taste. The neighbors all purposely choose that look.

As for what is offered by manufactures yeah you right if they only offer a few colors, well you pick the best one. However on the flip side maybe they only offer a few colors because the others don’t really sell. So if people aren’t really buying hot pink cars anymore when why should they offer it just on the off chance that one is 5 million people are going to buy it, that is a waste lol.

I think a lot of people get convinced it's all about resale value instead of getting what they want. I've had friends who were told by car salespeople that they should go for the "safe" color and automatic trans for that reason. This also seems to go for a lot of home decorating decisions. And then the market reflects these choices and it all gets blander.

I went through this unconscious pressure. And then I had my black car painted red and all of my rooms are bright happy colors instead of the original many shades of white.
