One day during my Jamaica trip last month, we were walking out from eating breakfast and heard one of the employees asking everyone who was hanging out at the pool questions. It didn’t take long for my sister and I to realize that they were playing Disney trivia. My sister and I started calling out the answers as we walked back to our room and were eventually called over to play. Before we showed up, a young lady named Amber and her mother were winning the game. Long story short, Amber and mommy met their match.

I obviously won and they gave me some prizes lol.

I haven’t been to a water park in 15 years but this summer one is calling my name. Which one do you guys recommend between Raging Waters, Great Wolf, Soak City and Hurricane Harbor? Pretty sure it’s not Hurricane Harbor.

So is the plan to move the entirety of Imagineering to Florida? Really proves how much less important the development of the parks are to current upper management (who are all staying in Californian) compared to the days of Walt when he would visit them in person weekly.
I mean Florida is closest to their largest theme park business (and cruise lines) while LA is closest to most of their movie business so it kind of makes sense. At one point in time it would’ve been important for the whole company to be in one place but things are easily done virtually now. I don’t see it as some bad sign.

How could I forget that? “In-N-Out is subpar and Five Guys is better!” For like three pages straight.😐

I don’t think most of the Imagineers are moving East, but I could be wrong. I wouldn’t know because the thread is too concerned about which colleges are better between Florida and California.
I’m in California and to be fair, I think Five Guys is better.

Five Guys will never be better than IN-N-OUT in this reality or any alternate reality I don't care how big the multiverse is.

As a beef lover, the best way I can put it is when I’m eating 5 Guys i feel like I’m eating a burger. When I’m eating IN-N-OUT I feel like I’m eating IN-N-OUT. They re both great in their own ways. And this is coming from a guy who eats IN-N-OUT around 50 times a year and maybe has 5 Guys twice a year.

To me Five Guys burgers are really not good just ok and very overrated. They have really great fries there but its very rare I go there for one of their waaaay over priced burgers.

They re very heavy and way more expensive than In n out. Not to mention way less convenient due to not having many locations or drive throughs. I dunno, I just feel like 5 guys meets more people’s standards/ expectations of a “traditional” burger. I love how beefy they taste. In N out tastes fresh and they re light so I consume them way more often.

Im not even sure why Five Guys and I-N-O are put against each other so often. They re completely different burgers/ chains.

I think IN-N-OUT burgers tastes a lot better than FIVE GUYS burgers. Five Guys looks like those giant fake burgers from the movie GOOD BURGER.

I know I’m outnumbered, but I just do not get the love for In n’ Out’s food.

To me, it’s bland. Not bad, just... It’s like eating air. 2 out of 10 on the flavor intensity scale. I’ve taken to getting the off-menu grilled cheese... cause at least it tastes like cheese.

BUT, the employees are the best, and the atmosphere is always fun. And the prices are reasonable. And it’s become a cheerful California icon. And the rest of my family loves the food. So I’ve eaten there a lot. Never thought, “Wow, that’s delicious,” but I’ve never come away feeling ripped off. And the place’s cheerfulness is contagious.

But the best fast burgers are those microwaveable Angus cheeseburgers in the Costco freezer section. :D

To me their burgers are just delicious in every way a burger should be. Great food on top of all the other things you listed. and yes one never leaves feeling ripped off. I have felt ripped off leaving FIVE GUYS before.

I’ve felt ripped off at 5 Guys as well (It was probably an off-night but my “fries” that visit were inedible grease-soaked strips of tater mush.)

I’ve concluded my taste buds simply don’t register In n’ Out; I feel like someone trying to watch a 3D movie without the glasses.

I have never once had a bad meal at IN-NOUT

I'm slowly warming to In n Out, but I think it's very important to recognize that when people say it's a good burger that they add a silent "for the price" at the end of their claim.

Now, many will never, ever admit to this, but it's very true.
They could make it 20 bucks and i would still order it and call it worth the price

I... actually prefer... (hides face)... Jumbo Jacks...
I got nothing against Jumbo Jacks. I love those too. I get mine with cheese and bacon though. But I would not prefer it to IN-N-OUT but don't be ashamed, to each their own. Jumbo Jack is a tasty burger. I would eat a Jumbo Jack over FIVE GUYS any day and it has nothing to do with price.
