Beautiful, now only imagine if most guests saw this entering Fantasyland instead of the much hyped Tangled Bathrooms, or that odd circus area next to Grand Prix Raceway.

WDW fans tend to bring up the castle size difference between DL and MK as a desperate effort to take jabs at Walt’s Park, aka the original, aka Walt Disney’s Magic Kingdom, and so on, despite that argument not even making sense and failing to take the scales of each park into consideration. But MK and the other castle park imitations have been living in Disneyland’s shadows for 50 years now. As stated earlier, they even painted the 50th Cinderella Castle with something VERY close to SBC’s color scheme, if not the exact color scheme. Haha oh man. So I understand the need to every once in a while take the castle jab. I’d be pressed and bitter, too.😁😂

Some of that is sarcasm, but a lot of that is truth. LOL.

Can we actually get a third park somewhere in the US already? I feel like a lot of our stresses can be relieved - mainly prices & demand would improve for the average parkgoer.

Eisner almost did it with Disney's America. Different concept but still.

They wont do it, but when demand is stupid high and supply is low, prices will always go up. They can charge more but at some point their reputation is going to be tarnished. The morons in charge already have a bad look to us.

Honestly there’s something really nice about how MK’s castle peaks above the trees from across the lake. Some things like the wedding chapel have beautifully designed views. For like $20,000 you can get married here!

But it’s also great that Disneyland has way more fantastic rides inside the actual park. Disneyland is absolutely a better park.

Wow this is nice. MAybe I’ll send this pic to my wife’s friend who’s planning her wedding. How much cheaper can the Expedition Everest base camp be?

I prefer MK’s castle, but DL has many things about it that are far superior to MK. There are many many things you can pick apart about MK, the castle is one of the few “wins” there 😂

They're both nice. They both serve different purposes. And that's fine.

I kind of get the castle reactions from WDW people. The castle there is such a beacon designed to be seen from everywhere in the park, and even outside of it, intentionally so. Later parks have largely followed the WDW approach for understandable reasons. To come to Disneyland where that is just not the purpose of the castle would be jarring for a first-time visitor. What gets annoying is when people bring it up ad nauseum and/or bring it up as if it's still funny the hundredth time they say it. That's when it gets tedious.

Let the castles coexist. And get Cinderella Castle back to its proper colors!

Make Cinderella Castle Great Again!

Man that Micechat update from this week just confirms why I will not be giving Disney any more of my money for the foreseeable future. Unless of course those membership prices reflect the drop in product quality they are offering… which they won’t.

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is why we can’t say Ladies and Gentlemen at Disneyland anymore. Demi Lovato is “they” now. She’s two genders and I guess 2 people. Why is Disneyland abandoning an innocent greeting that applies to 99.9% of people to cater to a small percentage of mentally ill people?

They’re not two genders. And seriously, “mentally ill?” No. Your ignorance is out on full display, Mick.

Disney made their choice all on their own. Scream, cry, and yell claims of mental illness at them. And if this bothers you this much, stop going to the parks.

Who made you the not only the expert on mental illness but forum moderator? If you don’t like what I have to say, carry on. Half of your posts are telling people how to act. Find another hobby.

Clearly, Demi Lovato is someone who is mentally unstable.
