Going to Disneyland in 1995 must’ve been such an incredible treat. There may have been some small improvements ever since, such as Space Mountain’s new soundtrack and the new Hungry Bear sign, but nothing that can replace what was taken away.
The true wonder was the queue for the Indiana Jones Adventure that spilled out of its already massive queue.

What’s more embarrassing: Disney is only now starting to think to upgrade an Auto-prix-a Raceway at one of the stateside parks or they kept around a Universal tram tours copy (even with a very terrible knock off of Earthquake) without a working studio for about 15 years?

Oh, the tram tour, definitely. Autopia is still a fun, much-loved ride. And I’m sorry, but I still love the sound and smell of current-tech Autopia. :D

Driving through Hollywood and noticed a billboard that’s historically a Disneyland billboard now advertising Universal. These budget cuts are just terrible.

Are you talking about the one on Ventura Blvd right outside of Mercado? That’s technically Universal City I think but just wondering because it’s the one billboard I’ve ever noticed that is always Disneyland related. Right down the hill from USH. So Savage.
