I'm very confused about what is happening here. Is signing birthday bowls for celebrities a thing in American Universities? Help a baffled foreigner out with some more info??

George Lucas and Robert Zemeckis are Trojans (USC alumni) and continuously give back to the film school. Spielberg, Lucas, Zemeckis, and other alumni continue to be involved with the school, and so they’re giving them birthday cards.

It was great going to the park the other day with some non AP fam and seeing their reactions. Especially on Soarin. My sister and brother in law were blown away and said “it was the best ride they have ever been on.” I know Soarin isn’t the typical Disney E ticket but experientially I’m not sure any attraction at DLR comes close. Every time I ride with a first timer they are absolutely blown away.

I didn’t want to ruin the moment and say that Soarin over California was better. Oh, and of course I always make sure we ride middle section, first row.

Hello friends! I am creating a mini docuseries on the history of Disney California Adventure. I was wondering if any of you have some nice pictures or videos I can use in the YouTube video. If you do and want to help a guy out, please PM me! I open to anything and will give credit to you in the video! Thank you so much and I can't wait for the docuseries to be complete!

You are welcome to use my photos/videos.

They go back to 2004. Alas, my previous storage site went out of business, and all my photos got erased :(

I'm hanging out at the Planes of Fame air show in Chino. Waiting for the F16s of Viper Demo Usaf to perform. I've seen a lot of amazing planes and talked too many vets. Lots of fun. Pictures posted later.

I have never been to Phantom Manor, but must say that looks like an excellent variation on a theme for the Haunted Mansion. Especially superb is the scrim effect in the first room and the wonderful effects on the hallway portraits.

Has anyone noticed that Maxpass now divides the attractions into

"You may plan only 1 of these per day"
"Other Experiences Available"
The first group doesnt seem to block you from repeating rides, but it seems like a strange thing to add.

If Disney starts limiting you to one Maxpass per E ticket per day, that's gonna drastically diminish it's value.
