Potentially due to her relationship with HarperCollins, they lost access to a huge library of fiction and nonfiction novels that could be used to make films. If you look at most of the films Fox made, outside superhero films, most were based off novels (Slumdog Millionaire, The Martian, Life of Pi, etc)

It makes sense since Archer and Sunny are the two higher rated shows on FXX. I'm surprised though that Reed hasn't announced his departure since he talked about leaving after Season 10.Good to see Disney at least try to maintain a relationship with the content creators they acquired in the acquisition.

It's hard not to read this as evidence ABC Studios and 20th Century Fox TV will combine at some point. Question is whether or not the ABC or 20th Century Fox name will be used.
