I'll pay all of her bills, balance her checkbook, fill her pillbox for the week, put away the laundry I did yesterday, put some old photos in the frames I bought for her, clean out her linen closet, clean out the refrigerator, and put new "skis" on her walker. (I already have a cleaning service that comes in for her once a week, but they don't do fridges or cupboards) Then it's off to lunch and grocery shopping. Usually, I just rush in and out, but today I can actually spend some time with her.
I just added another restaurant to my "handicapped unfriendly" list. :lol: Too many places feel that all they have to do is add a parking space and ramp (in this case, behind the building, away from the entrance!) and it's accessible! Then they put in as many tables and chairs as possible, which meant that people had to move funiture to get a walker through. A wheelchair would have been impossible! It's counter service, which was OK, as I took care of ordering, but the lack of trays was not! I had to make two trips. Someone with young children would have had the same problem.
