im looking at the info on amazon... and usually it will list with the page count if there are color pictures etc. Do we know if this book has any pictures or is all copy.

My guess is the "mountain with all the stairs" is an uncompleted model of Mt. Mayday from Typhoon Lagoon. My bet would be that the bigger looking stairs are actually just elevation changes and that rockwork would eventually cover those areas. The smaller paths with stairs could be the access to the waterslides. It seems that Mt. Mayday incorporates a bridge struction like that on the left side of the picture. My 2 cents for the day.

FINALLY!

I got an email from Amazon saying my copy of "Imagineering at its Peak" has shipped! Looks like it has finally been officially released.

By the way, DVCers will see a nice article about the book in the fall Vacation Magic.

Any updates on the Stairaway Mountain?
Apparently they're planning it to be the final attraction that you go on at the end of your vacation (you know, before they turn the lights on). It mostly involves teenagers awkwardly shuffling around and trying to grope each other.

Tsk.... all I`ve got is "Building a Better Mouse" shipped yesterday. I must re check my Mountains order.

And lo and behold - the Genesis book has gone back. Twice in one week. Again. I wonder if we`ll ever see this one.

Mine Came!!:sohappy:
Just looking through it, it looks awesome!
There is a lot of pictures.:D

It covers in this order...

Matterhorn Bobsleds
Candy Mountain
Space Mountain
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Typhoon Lagoon & Blizzard Beach
Splash Mountain
Grizzly Peak
Mount Prometheus
Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain

Everything is kind of formated like the PotC or HM From the Magic Kingdom to the Movies books, so if you like those, you would probably like this as well.:)
