It’s amazing how much more stuff was still in the house. Everything from boxes of our old school work to boxes of trophies from all of our sporting years (including pops softball and mom and pops bowling), to more precious memories that needed to be dried out. Most of the large salvageable items are now finally out, and what we didn’t get to today will be completely packed out by Friday and put into storage for us to go through at some point. Such an emotional time...you can either laugh or cry, or both, but, we choose to laugh...!!!!!

I haven’t seen most of those pics in years. Brought back sooo many memories. Fortunately, pop has scanned every single pic in the house over time, and they’re on his salvaged computer.
Just such a huge and drawn out process, as there is so much stuff to go through.
We already put a bunch of stuff in the dumpster, plus there’s also a Pod next to it that we put a bunch of stuff in. Just such a huge task. We were tryin’ to get all the lumber out from underneath the boat and trailer in the garage, but, we discovered the trailer tire on the wall side is flat and now resting on top of the lumber...!!!!

You two always get so many great pictures of the Dapper Dans. I'm convinced that every time you visit Disney, they know ahead of time -- and get out there to perform a VIP set just for you!!!

How are the crowds down there, by the way? Any problems getting into the restaurants you want?

I had to laugh. E came in this morning and she had just put on her sweatshirt and hadn't pulled her hair out yet, so it was sticking out from the bottom of the shirt. She says "I have a tail!!"

Those photos are priceless. So happy that not everything got destroyed in the fire.

Also, it's good to see that things are coming along, even if a bit slowly. It's one step at a time, and it's moving forward.

I'm so happy for you and your family that the pics were saved. I don't know if you want to consider this but we have transferred all the family pics ono discs and made copies everybody in the family.
