No, I "think" it's the actual room rate, whether single or double.
This is the quote...
I know my younger brother got an email from Disney earlier today. They are offering $150.00 a night at Coronado Springs per person and per night anytime from a certain day in November to a Certain day in December. They are offering a standard room at Yacht and Beach Club at $150.00. That tells me Disney is Hurting in November and December at WDW for them to offer my younger brother that.
It could be just written wrong, but that is what I was basing it on! I just assumed that they just didn't bother to repeat the per person, per night when they put that in. However, and this pains me to say, you might be correct.

Well, I do know that I've had "Room only" reservations at some Disney-owned hotels, down through the years; and a number of them were at special discounted rates. I travelled solo and wasn't charged anything additional for single occupancy. Of course, offers could vary, but that was my experience.

Two rants...

1. Whenever people on the highway or road stop to look at an accident, there should be a fine.

2. Apparently the staircase used in the Joker has become a tourist attraction  If you go somewhere just to see something made in movies, :banghead::banghead:

3. I had another one but it involves teaching, politics and Seattle so I must not say.
