Eat kiwi fruit. Look up how it helps regulate cholesterol.I have been there myself with Cholesterol. How I controlled it was by changing snacks with me eating less cookies and candy. What I did was replace it with stuff like reduced fat cheez-its and add more fruit. I worked for a time before my genetics took over with me ending up on medication.
When we were departing the restaurant, I walked into a wall.
