I have been there myself with Cholesterol. How I controlled it was by changing snacks with me eating less cookies and candy. What I did was replace it with stuff like reduced fat cheez-its and add more fruit. I worked for a time before my genetics took over with me ending up on medication.
Eat kiwi fruit. Look up how it helps regulate cholesterol.

Food was good and lots of it, too! And, I had a cocktail made with watermelon, tequila, some other thing, and some lime juice. :hungry: When we were departing the restaurant, I walked into a wall. :joyfull: (Guess you can tell that I don't drink often.) :p
At least you didn't need to be carried home with you sleeping instead of walking into a wall.

I am mentioning this because of spotted cow.

Spotted cow as a beer is capable of making anyone sleep after 1 or 2 glasses of the stuff even if the only alcohol drank for that day was 2 glasses of spotted cow. I know this information due to what happened to family member years ago only drank 2 glasses of alcohol for the day, but they were spotted cow beer with member sleeping like a baby at the time at home:jawdrop:.

Our kiddos started elementary school at 7:45a, middle school at 8:30, and high school at 9:05. They got out at 2:45p, 3:30, and 4:10, respectively.
As far as I’ve heard, it hasn’t changed.
That was different that I grew up with in the Wisconsin School District I came from. I got out the earliest in High school and the latest in grade school back in the 1980s and 1990s.

@Songbird76 and @figmentfan423 Did you hear? New Harry Potter film in the works. It’s based on the Cursed Child play. I am personally not a fan of the play. She didn’t write it and there were things in it that didn’t make sense compared to what had been in the books.

I liked the book.
