Yes. I had it there my younger brother's birthday. I tried it a few years ago and I have been ordering it on my younger brother's birthday since.

It is great soup, but I only go there once a year.
I put in a search engine just now to see if Campbell's or Progresso make gnocchi soup. I thought maybe I could get a can at the supermarket. It would not be as good as Olive Garden but I'd maybe give it a try. My google search for gnocchi soup from those two companies yielded nothing though.

Saw that. I contacted the head coach this morning and asked if she thought the company running the competition would let us transfer the fee we paid for another competition this season. She already had asked and they said since the competition is in MD, and it won't be snowing there, they are holding the competition, so no refunds or transfers. So that kind of stinks.
Not kind of it DOES!

This looks easy https://www.cookingclassy.com/creamy-chicken-gnocchi-soup-olive-garden-copycat/ It's just cream of chicken soup with gnocchi, a few extra veggies and a bit of extra seasoning;)

How is everyone faring with the weather? Everyone still safe and warm?

We went to an open house today for a regular high school. We went and talked to their resource room and asked about what they could offer someone on the spectrum and I was actually quite impressed by their answer. I still don't see DS returning to regular education quite yet, but it's nice to know the options are there if for some reason the committee does not approve his application for special education in high school. He has to go through the whole application process again, and then I believe approval is only valid for 2 years and they have to re-. But she gave us some good advice, that at the point he would come back to regular education, we should sign him up for homework assisstance from Autimaat (That's the organization that's giving us in home training) because there's a waiting list and the special education school doesn't give much homework, so transferring to a standard school and suddenly having a regular homework loads is jarring for kids on the spectrum, so he needs to be on the list before he actually would start at the school. And she said they have on site psychologists and rooms for kids who get over-stimulated where they can go and just calm down. I was surprised. We didn't stay very long, but DS enjoyed doing the things he did, and we got answers to our questions. It was a good day.

3 - 6 late tonight changing to freezing rain/rain/snow and then flash freeze Sun night. I rather have all snow. If you go nearer to the ocean, it's less and all rain.

Yah, our totals up here keep getting lowered, too. Now they're saying 4-8, with a similar forecast as you with the flash freeze at some point tomorrow. I'd far prefer just snow, too. Ice puts a damper on things. :(

Happy Saturday everyone! The sun is shining here but the temp is 1 but has a real feel of -12. Brrrr! Hubs is going to make chili today, he wants to try to make it and even found a recipe! I'm impressed!

Last night we went to see Bohemian Rhapsody which was really good. Good acting and music. I can see why it was nominated for so many awards. When we came out of the theater I looked out the window at the theater and I saw the sidewalk was all white. It actually took me a minute to figure out it was snow! I couldn't figure out why the theater put that much salt on the ground. It was only a light dusting, but I felt kind of dumb for a minute. I should be able to recognize snow in mid-January in Wisconsin! Although to be fair the weather had nothing in the forecast for our area for snow so I guess I wasn't expecting it!

That's funny. Meanwhile over here, our snow isn't expected to start until maybe 9 p.m. tonight. But I went to the bank this morning around 8 AM, and already there was salt all over the parking lot. A little early for that ... ;)

I'm finishing up the storm prep cooking. We're going to get 12-18 plus some ice:eek::brb::cautious::banghead: It's the last word that worries me! This week's beans and greens are a light curry flavored one, tangerine rice(my boys eat it by the gallon:banghead:), pineapple upside down cake, gnocchi with marinara, sautéed broccoli, green beans with mushrooms and steak with a red wine reduction. With that and what I got cooked yesterday I'm hoping not to have to cook until next weekend. silly me:facepalm:

Hey, I baked today! :joyfull: I had a box of brownie mix, and I had to put in 2 eggs and melted butter. They came out pretty good. :hungry:
