I would have thought it would have been earlier than that since it is warmer by you. We start to see crocuses in April.

Oh yes, as I posted, it can happen much earlier, and does most every year. But, many times there has also been some last minute cold front that just dips down and freezes us again, one last time. Texas can have some weird weather, other than during the heat of summer when it’s just the same ol’ clear, dry, and 100+ degree temps day after day...but, I will DEFINITELY take the scorching heat over the cold, ice, and snow any day of the week...!!! :)
Plus, heat is not something we hafta’ worry about driving through in our A/C’d cars, and heat is also something they don’t hafta’ close the roads for... :cautious:

:D ;) :)

Looks like a C-10. Puzzling though since they usually fly planes between places. It would be amazing to see them transport those with the wings on.

I, initially, thought it was a C-130, but, never got a chance to get a clear look at the nose...

Anyway, I’ve never seen anything quite like that on the side of that highway before, even when our Air Force base was still open...!!!!! :cyclops: :hilarious: ;) :)

I know . . . :( Really made me wonder about the future for retail, in general. What we'll all miss is the in-person, customer service. It's just not the same when ordering online, and never talking to anyone.
Yesterday we went to stores a bit farther from us than out regular ones because they're bigger so we wouldn't have to worry about stock. Anyhoo we did stop at a Walmart and the customer service was amazing from the greeter to the person in the craft department, to the person stocking items in food department who went to check in the back for an item for us, to the cashier. Today I'm going to call the customer service line to say how much I enjoyed shopping there. Not that it has anything to do with the future of retail I just wanted to share a happy shopping experience.

It's officially official it's going to get extremely bad here tomorrow. 8 to 12 inches of snow if ice mixes in and maybe 2 feet and a few if it stays all snow. I'm on the rain/ice/snow line. The best I can hope for is it starts as snow so the roads will be cleared faster:bawling::arghh::brb::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead: Come here little groundhog:angelic: Stay safe everybody or at least get to Ferret's house before it starts;)

That is great that you're doing that. People really need to hear that a customer was so pleased with their service.
