They're usually pretty close temperature wise but not close on precipitation.

Oh my, that's bright!
Fortunately, we are allowed to deal with the lights in our offices as we see fit. I almost never have my office lights on, nor do most of the others that have offices, including the partners. The cubicles in the middle are a different story. All our offices are on the outer perimeter of our space (the firm also built and owns the building, and has several more companies that lease space) and have large windows. The cubicles are all in the center, unfortunately, and are lit up like Earl Scheib's living room...some of you older folks may get the reference...!!!!!
I get plenty of natural light as I need, but, I can also dim my computer screens, and I have a very adequate lamp over my drafting table, if I need.
Works good for me...!!!

Like like for the windows, but, sympathy like for the weather outside them...!!!
We just can't do that kind of weather for sooo many months out of the year...!

I see on your screen shot there is a picture of the book The Lilac Girl, I just read that recently and it was a very interesting read.

Ours too. We have a huge elibrary in addition to traditional books. I'm very spoiled. I still buy a lot of books, though.I got it from my library too.
