A computer (arcade, etc.) game that I used to love back in the 80s and 90s was a classic: Pac-Man. It wouldn't cut it in today's world, but I just remembered my friends and I having laugh fests over that silly game! It was big fun at Happy Hour places, too.
Kids nowadays totally laugh at what we considered cool computer games. Space Invaders or Pong look practically pre-historic compared to what we have now. :hilarious:

I never played that game, but I'm pretty sure today's generation would have a hard time to deal with playing Space Zap. When I was a kid, my dad somehow got the game and it was in the basement when I was a kid.

This is what I am referring to:

At least Space Zap isn’t in black and white!lol

We cracked up at these arcade games in Costa Rica lol

Flip flops are not allowed at school. I did have to talk to an entire class of 4th and 5th grades, though. Apparently, all of their parents don't care if they go outside with no jackets or coats.

I was talking in general, not school.
But, sending your kiddos out improperly attired for the weather conditions can lead to many other problems, as we all know.
But, when they're adults, it's up to them.
As an adult ;), I've been on TSSFFBRs many times in the upper 20's.
But, that's on me if I get sick...so far, so good...! :cyclops:

Looks comfy! :inlove: We all have our Archie Bunker chair (actually we have a love seat, but it's a La-Z-Boy one, and the foot rest opens up like your chair above).

By the way, I assume you've probably paid off the bill for the chair, so feel free to cut off the price tag now. ;):joyfull:

Hahaaaa...!!! :hilarious:
Although, that's probably a "DO NOT REMOVE UNDER PENALTY OF LAW" tag...!!!!! :joyfull: ;)

I think it has something to do with their eyesight in general. At night in particular, oncoming lights blind them. That's why there are so many collisions with them. Poor little things . . . :(

Yep, I've always heard their eyesight is darkness adjusted at night...they can't flick on a light switch or a flashlight ;), so the sudden change from dead darkness to sudden bright light stuns them.

My younger brother and I did not have a computer at home back in the 1980s as kids. I first had a computer at home back when was a Sophomore in high school back in the 1990s. The only office equipment at home was a typewriter that my Mom used back in the 1980s.

My only experiences with a computers in the 80s was in the grade school my younger brother and I went. The school I went to had a computer lab with Apple IIE computers with the green screen monitors with the long floppy disks. The thing is the high school I went to had the same Apple IIE computers with Green Screen monitors back in the 1990s before getting those computers replaced when I was junior in high school.
Wait, there was a time before computers?o_O:jawdrop:

The wall + her eyes- Amazing!!!

Can we slow time down? It’s passing by too quickly!

Yep, as I've posted many times before...don't blink ;)...and cherish every single moment, no matter how crazy, silly, etc...!!!!! Our 3 grew up so fast, and we still adore them as adults, but, woof, the childhood years all went by sooooo quickly... :cyclops:

Just one example of a silly story with one of our kiddos that I will never forget (and, there are so many with all of them )...
There was a popular country song out at about the same time our oldest DD was about 3-ish called "That's My Story, and I'm Stickin' To It". I was laying on the bed in my and DWifeys bedroom in the evening. Oldest DD walks in in her flannel nightgown with one of those fabric Velcro strap books stuck to it and said "That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it"... !!!!!!! :hilarious:
Such a refined sense of humor at such an early age...!!!!! ;)
Children are amazing...!!!!!!!
