So true. Do you know how hard it is to explain to your kid about drugs being bad when there are drug stores everywhere?

Yes, but, even at my age, I can't remember the last time I saw an advertised "Drug Store" sign out in front of one...CVS, Walgreens, etc.

Rainy and deary here. At least the temps are running 10 above the norm.

Overcast and 63 here right now.
Although no tropical climate here in winter, it's a far cry from not even all that far north of us...
I don't know how so many of y'all up north-ish do it?!
I'll take my several months-ish worth of high humidity and 3 months-ish worth of 100+ degree temps over that nasty cold stuff any and every time.
I can easily drive in my air-conditioned car through heat and humidity, as opposed to snow and ice.

Not really, there are drugs that keep you alive, and drugs that kill you. Appreciate the science that keeps us alive and fight to the end those that kill people and destroy their lives. There is a huge difference. It's actually easier then to explain why the words... there, their, and they're all mean something different, but, sound exactly the same.

So, I found out literally 10 seconds ago that my Eagle Scout Board of Review is this this Tuesday, the 13th! I'm literally on the verge of a nervous breakdown!

I went to the Dutch embassy today to pick up my new passport, luckily I got to keep my old one as it has quite a few stamps from my travels that are great souvenirs. My new passport is valid for 10 years and currently looks very clean and boring. It got me thinking about what I want to do in the next 10 years, where I want to go and what I hope my life looks like in 2028.
