It's on Royal Caribbean . We went with a newer ship, in the same Oasis class of ships...it was built in 2016. They have some different things to do. We hope Puerto Rico is open by October 2018, that where we wanted to go. If not, there are plenty of things to do on the ship. This next year is our 50th anniversary...we are going to Disney in February....back to Disney in June, with the grandkids and then the cruise in October. After all that, I'm not sure I want to board another plane again. Maybe one trip the following year to Disney Land. Then, I will be more that glad to hang up my traveling hat!

We got a notice from Carnival that the port in San Juan will be fully open by January. Not sure where your stop is.

I got a text from a random number today saying "See ya tomorrow"

I assumed it was the wrong number so I said sorry wrong number.

Later today I find out that "random number" was one of my best friends who just got a new IPhone 8.

This cruise goes to St. Thomas, St. Kitts no Puerto Rico. I guess one more cruise is in order, so we can go to Puerto Rico.

That's great! (I mean about what your cataract surgeon said, I don't know if you are happy about what you said at the end)

No, I am perfectly happy with the entire situation. Take care of any potential heart problem first, and then the cataract surgery can be done later. The eye doctor was perfectly OK with that. My husband on the other hand thought I should insist on going through with the surgery now anyway. I like my doctors, and trust that in this instance they are making the correct decision.

@betty rose i heard on the news there was a shooting in a suburb of Denver. Doesn't sound like they got the guy. I hope you aren't in that area and stay safe!

Thanks, we don't live near that area of Denver suburbs. I saw that this morning they had a picture of him on T.V. He has probably left the area.

Good morning, everyone. Well, we get to chalk up another weather cruise experience...we went through the tropical storm, Saturday night....cruising back to port. Those big ships, can get rocking pretty good on the 10th floor (that's where our cabin was). Outside, all you could see was a wall of water. I have not seen this much rain in a long time. We made it back safely, and that's all that matters. More pictures to follow.....

We had a blessing in my mind anyhow...not one freak'n Frozen Princess spotted Trick or Treat'n. May they rest in peace please. We are on an Minnie Binge now. No StarWars either. Blessed.

The whole Frozenmania might restart once COCO is out in theatres.. that insanely long short will make you wonder if you're in the wrong movie.

is it sad I didn't even know what that was? Anything with the word horror or zombies in the description - not for me.

Its definitively horror, but has no zombies.

Its like 80's themed scifi horror mixture.
