I bet at the time it was a super frustrating experience with maybe a thought that everyone in the store and parking lot were staring at you. Didn't help that dd made it seem like she was getting kidnapped. Bet you laugh about it with her now though. ;)

Hahaaa...!
Yep, it definitely still comes up from time to time.
It's the only real total meltdown I ever remember any of our kiddos having, but, it was a doozy...!!! ;)

So this trip we have decided to ride all things that can quickly disappear or disappear as we know them. Fortunately we rode Universe and Great Movie last trip so no regrets.

We did things like Carousel of Progress, Jungle Cruise (which is till closed after Irma) Tiki Birds, Country Bears, Muppet, the Tower.

The Tower kinda made me suspicious. The gift shop is very empty, no real new merchandise this year and lots of the tables with stuff just gone. Very few Cast in Tower of Costumes, generic polka-dot costumes. Odd. Disney also moved casual clothing line into the store, not even themed clothing just everyday type clothing.

Well, normally, I don't but today...

I was working from home, and of course, this is the day when our home WiFi decides to not work. After 30 minutes of fighting with it, I decided to use my phone's hotspot. WiFi came back on at about 10:30 am.

Then, I tried to use my work laptop for Remote Access. I ended up having to call our service hub because I got locked out of my account.

Then, my Skype for Business, which essentially acts as my phone when I'm remote unless people have my cell number, stopped working. I got on my own computer...and it started without issue. And I contacted my guy who does all of the Office 365 stuff for me, and he said exactly what I expected him to say: he has to reinstall office on my work computer. So tomorrow, they get to reinstall Office on my computer, and I will work on one of my computers, which is not as convenient, even though they have Windows 10 and I like them much better for it. But because of the security issues and the way I have my work computer set up, it's more convenient to work on it.

Oh, and I've done work today on three different computers. I like one, maybe two. Not three.

Technology is great...when it works.
What kind of wireless devices you have?

We really only had one semi-crowded day at the parks. A week ago Tuesday. We hit both the Studios and Epcot yesterday and pretty much walked onto everything again or had no issues just plucking a FP+ for very popular attractions. Lines at 20 minutes were generally false, just the time to walk through the queue.

We had FP+ for Illuminations last night but it was more crowded than anywhere else. We skipped it and walked up to the fence in Mexico right by the Odyssey for an easy departure. Problem being the bus. Not one single bus for Disney resorts was in the bus loop, like they held them all off for 20-25 minutes. Still we didn't have even half a bus.

My Margarita for Illuminations. Classic. This one was better. Had one earlier and it was out of the premixed fountain. So not the same as when La Cava hand mixes each.

I like the way you think. I either get a Grey Goose Slush or a Margarita depending on which side of WS we wind up on

OH CARP!!!!!!!!!!!! @MinnieM123 and @FutureCEO keep an eye on the weather Jose may be headed our way:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

The humidity from Irma down South has reached up here; I expect we'll have a few more days of it. Luckily, the temperature isn't all that high, so not too bad.

I saw a model of Jose this morning on the news and it is parallel to the East Coast as a category 1.

Yikes, what a day you had. Oh, the Office 365 stuff - ugh. They upgraded (?!!) our computers at work with that, about a month ago--everyone hates it.
