Last night, I was ready to go to bed when I realized that I hadn't seen Jasmine in a while. So I walked around calling her, got her food bag out, started shaking it...no Jasmine. I checked everywhere for her and finally gave up, hoping she was just being stubborn. Then, this morning, I called her and heard a very faint meow. Last night, my parents had asked me to get something out of my dad's closet, and she followed me in without my realizing it. Poor thing spent the night in the closet. I felt so bad. :(
Oh no! Poor kitty! My DD did that one time with her cat. I asked how she could lose her in a one bedroom apartment?? Lol Your kitty will be fine.
Did she look at you when you got her out and meow 'Mom why did you do that?'

Me too. I'm now thinking about getting a kitten but my dh isn't a cat person. Today may have sealed the I want a cat deal. On my way home I passed my neighbor's outside cat defending his food bowl. A bear came around the corner sniffing and out of nowhere came kitty with his back up, fur out and hissing away. The bear ran into the woods in fear:joyfull: If I get a cat it will bean inside only one seeing we have lots of critters in my neighborhood.
My dad is not a cat person either, but he likes Jasmine. The right cat can win pretty much anyone over.

Meh....I'm not that fussed about that one, actually. I'll ride it because it's there and it's not a coaster. But it's probably a one and done for me...I wish Paris had a Soarin' attraction!! I'd much rather have that!!
I tried three time in Paris, but, after over an hour in line each time, when I got in view of the load area, it broke down again and they sent everyone out.

One time when we were leaving for vacation and my garage door was open a neighbors cat wandered in and we didn't notice it. We close the garage door and left. We were gone for a week and when we got home and opened the door all we saw was this orange streak heading back to the neighbors house. She seemed fine, but, I don't know how.

She meowed like, ""I though I'd never get out!" I picked her up and hugged her because I had been so worried, and she took it, purring at me. Then she went to bother Belle.

I've had my cats get stuck in closets before (Belle will routinely get herself stuck in the pantry). Moxie, my tabby, used to sneak outside, and we'd suddenly wonder where he was, and we'd find him laying on the driveway like, "I was wondering when you were going to come get me." But I've never had one that got stuck overnight. At she didn't have any accidents in the closet. Thank goodness.
