It depends on the definition of "french fried onions", but, if it is the same as grilled onions, like you find at a fair, then that is a go. I love Italian sausage with all those plus ketchup and yellow mustard. Nothing else is necessary.No that would be an Italian sausage on an Italian roll topped with french fried onions and peppers!
