NY style (and Jersey style) are a thinner bottom, but with a crust. Must be folded over to eat a slice. Like so

I had the most interesting phone call at work today.

The HR interns, other than me, were doing recruiting calls this morning. After they left, I was basically studying our products and answering any phone calls. I answer the phone right before I'm ready to be done for the day, and it is the usual: person returning a call about a position. I do my usual scripted response: these are the positions, we'd love to bring you in for an interview, yadda yadda. Most of the time, they'll tell you no, ask a few more questions, or say yes.

This was not one of those times.

The man on the other end starts yelling at me. Basically, he called just to yell at someone. He asks if I even looked at his resume. I tell him no, as I was not the person who called him. He asks why we would call him for a sales job since his experience is not in sales. I tell him a wide variety of experience translates to doing sales, but I'd be happy to take him off our list if he wasn't interested. And he continues.

Meanwhile, he called on the line thay has the phones that need to be replaced because only the speaker phone works. So the entire office hears this butt hole yelling, and there's basically silence and some horrified stares.

Finally, I tell him the most I can do is take him off our call list. At that point, I had had enough, and I hung up on him, even though he was continuing to yell. Good grief. I thought, "I offer you an interview for a job, and that's how you treat me? You sir, are an a**." The entire office was sympathetic, but boy, what a d-bag. Can't imagine what he's like to customer service people.

If they are doing FP's then it isn't down, but, they are limiting the numbers of people waiting to go through. I have a feeling that is how they are going to control the line lengths.

Well I don't think that's fair to people who couldn't get a FastPass or don't understand how to use the system. Not everyone goes to Disney every year, belongs or reads Disney message boards, or is aware of the new FastPass system. Personally, I could care less about the attraction; but I do feel bad for people who went to EPCOT to experience the new ride and were flat out told no, because they didn't have a FastPass. That's just an awful way to treat their guests.

All I can say is that there are just so many people that are going to be able to ride that ride in any given day no matter what they have for a pass. Since those people with a FP did basically make reservations where the others, for whatever reason didn't, they need to honor the reservations first. Anyone trying to see it in it's first few days should be carefully evaluated for mental health issues anyway. That said, however, give it some time to work the bugs out, and the newness to wear off, and it will be much more able to deal with it's demand. Probably never to the happiness of everybody, but, it will be better.

The parade started at 11:35 and the Cavs STILL haven't reached the stage because the crowd is so massive. It had to stop a lot to get the crowds out of the street. On a normal day I can drive the parade route in less than five minutes.

This is the stage area not counting everyone that was lined up on the street. So glad I didn't go. I wouldn't have lasted.

Well Cleveland hasn't had a decent sports team in a while :angelic:

The animatronics seems to be of the same type. So no surprise.
I actually liked the first dancing olaf, a lot of movement on that guy.
With all the talk of pizza, I'm hoping the blaze pizza will be open. They have dairy free "cheese". Hubby wants to try Cook's of Dublin. He wants the fish and chips. I'm thinking about trying that too. Or the breaded hamburger. And onion rings. Of course we have to hit Earl's for the holiday sandwich. Now, I'm making myself hungry.

I really enjoy the Fish and Chips out of the UK pavilion at Epcot and that is my kind of batter I favor but I have to say Cooke's Fish and Chips are beyond awesome. You really need to try the upgrade garlic and parmesan skinny chips though. (skinny fries not low calorie)
and their bacon and cheese soup is beyond delicious. Even if you can't order the soup yourself if you can take a little tiny taste of
