I'm still recovering from the glorious spectacle that is Star Wars.

In all seriousness, I can't say I'm a fan. Finding Nemo is my favorite Pixar movie, and I'd hate to see them screw up on a sequel like they did with Cars 2.
Yeah, I wasn't too impressed by the teaser trailer and I kind of feel like it's just being made as a cash-grab. The animation looks beautiful though, and I think the new posters are pretty cute.

And since I tip toed into the realm of celebrates having poor judgement today my faith in awesome celebrities prevails.

In a story tweeted by Kane Van Gate, a beer-league goaltender who was in Arizona recently, Darling paid for the man to stay in a hotel for a month to help him get back on his feet.

I'm hoping for the best with Dory being a big fan of Ellen DeGeneres to start with. Then I look back at the 3 Toy movies and just pray they took as much care with Dory and they did with the revivals of Toy.

This made me flip...but it didn't surprise me.

"An official says the state of Michigan has offered fresh bottled water at a state building in Flint for a year — although residents were told not to worry about their tap water until last fall.

Caleb Buhs, a spokesman for the agency that manages state buildings, says the water coolers began in January 2015 after Flint had flunked some drinking water standards apart from the lead contamination that has caused the current crisis."
wait a sec.. so the managers started to offer bottled water right before the water was considered unsafe? WOW..

Hi, all. I'm still very sick. The bugs today are the pits. Hubby is now coming down with this. Will be back in a day or two. I'm so far behind. I will do ketchup when I can. I miss you all. I can't sit up for long without getting really dizzy, and sick to my stomach. Back to Sierra Mist and Crackers and chicken soup. :(

I hope you feel better soon, Bets. Look, I went out to the store to buy you a nice can of chicken soup. It has Disney princesses on the label, so it's not only good soup for you, it's a meal fit for a princess! :)

No. Staff received bottled water in the beginning of 2015 at their workplace and nobody told the public about bad tests until fall of 2015, so about 3/4 of the year they knew not to drink the tap water where public did not according to that article.

Clothing store closer...again.
Owner texted me this afternoon needing an emergency fill-in.

Long story short, one of his guys accidentally stepped off a 15' cliff in Jamaica on his honeymoon while his new wife was taking pics of him. Happened about 3 mos. ago, but, the guys face, mouth, and teeth got really messed up and he's having complications from some of the recent surgery.
Feel so sorry for the dude. :(

That sounds like fun to me...planning someone's trip. I wouldn't be able to let someone else plan mine though. I need to do it myself so I know exactly what's coming and what to expect. My husband "kidnapped" me for a date once when a movie came out that he knew I wanted to see, and it was a marathon...I think it was Hunger Games, but he surprised me. I was picking the kids up from school and he showed up and wouldn't let me go home to get anything...even my purse. He had arranged for the kids to stay with his parents, and he had made reservations for dinner, and bought tickets for the marathon and everything...so sweet, but I was anxious the whole time because I didn't have my purse and I wasn't in charge of the planning so had no idea when we needed to be where. I can't deal with that. And that was a 12 hour period. I think if I put him in charge of planning the Disney trip, I'd end up hospitalized with a nervous breakdown!

My husband seems to like "kidnapping" dates, I usually like to know what it going on, but he likes to surprise me with a date (usually to a hockey game.) The first time he pulled the "kidnapping" date, he took me to the the ballet to see the Nutcracker (a long time dream of mine to see it in person), and then at the end of the night he proposed!
