Yes, I should have started last week and I'll have to work double time to get done on time. Ten varities each over the next five weeks. This holiday has snuck on us.

What didn't you like about it? Hubby is super stoked for it in December.

I guess I just expected more based on people's feedback. Parts of it were really cool, but it goes so fast, too. I still liked it, though.

AppleCare support on the phone is brilliant. Of course, I only have one other company to compare it too. Toshiba and they were horrible.

I reset my NVRAM and no more green spots whenever I play music or look at pictures. Of course I just fixed it so my happiness could change.

How is everyone tonight? We had clam linguine and now are settling in to watch Hunting Hitler which I find amusing. Nice relaxing night...minus the Nazis.

Interesting to note that most (kitchen) knife accidents actually happen with dull knives. The reason is that people press harder with a dull edge, but sometimes that causes it to slip--and cut into a finger.

While we're on the subject of kitchen accidents, I just had this deja vu moment of a discussion I had (many years ago) with my mother. She had a friend who was an emergency dept. nurse, and back in her day, not so many families had dishwashers. So a very common injury seen in the emerg. dept. would be from women washing glass drinking glasses. The glasses would break in their hand--and they'd be rushed to the hospital for stitches.

The glass thing happened to my ex right after he moved in. My dad happened to be there to butterfly him up. Ever since then I use a baby bottle brush if I need to wash glasses. I have a set of Star Wars cups I usually use though.

Who is Ariana Grande? Singer I gather. music so horrible now a days, I tend to block it out.

She was on Nickelodeon's 'Victorious' and 'Sam and Kat'. She went full blown "Christian Bale" on the set of S&K and the show was cancelled shortly after. I lost respect for her when she said she really hates America. I'd like to tell her "Well sweetie there's other countries you could be in...like Syria."

One of my best friends did that with a plastic knife.

Is it weird that the tram is one of my favourite rides?

I've ridden the tram at WDW. I always enjoyed it! I like all kinds of transportation--planes, monorails, buses, cars, taxis, trams, trains, horse-drawn carriages--you name it--I like being transported !! I'm kinda geeky like that.

No Black Friday for me, way too many people. We used to go out every year, now if you go to the mall, it's wall to wall people. With super long lines at checkout.

I despise Black Friday for the reasons you stated, and more. The only shopping day I observe every holiday season is Small Business Saturday. Other than that, I just shop at various places or online--just depends on what I'm looking for. I have successfully avoided large shopping malls for at least 5 years now, for any of my Christmas shopping. However, I realize that some people don't have many stores to choose from, so they're somewhat stuck with malls; it just depends on where you live.
