ME TOO!! I keep telling him that he doesn't need to drive for everything...he can ask a friend to take him to appointments or to pick up a prescription, or ask if he can go along to the grocery store, and I told him that if he happens to have a stroke while he's driving, he could kill someone, so he HAS been staying with friends who actually live closer to town a lot. Otherwise he has a 40 mile drive to get groceries. These people only live 10 miles out, and they will drive him. So it's better than it was, but I'd still like to have his license revoked so maybe he would move into town where someone could look in on him each day. But, at least he made the concession that he stays with these friends when he has an appointment or needs to run errands. And they are complete saints for driving him all over the place. So the only driving he has to do is to their house and back, which is mostly on country backroads where there's no traffic, so at least if he gets into an accident he's less likely to hurt anyone other than himself. I still don't like it, and I don't want him to get into an accident, but I think it would be worse if he hurt someone else.
