Afraid I have to plead ignorant about Dallas right now. I know they have been getting pounded lately.
We are still at the wedding reception. If the world blew up right now we probably wouldn't notice...

Spent many a hour on Motion with my kids when they were small and Horizons too. The two they liked the most though were the after interactive areas when you came off SPE, calling Gran and Papa from the family telephone booth and upstairs in Imagination. They did like the area of Seas too after they got off the ride.

Yeah, sadly it seems Cesar is correct I just saw both Dallas and Houston are pretty ugly, with what they already had added to by the aftermath of the hurricane. Not good.

Ha! Scooters? Never heard that one before. Up here we have a very short window for scooters, they don't navigate well on the snow and ice and it gets a bit nippy.

Now mine is a leg hugger. She's kind of sprawled out on my left leg.
Earlier, I was propped up on pillows at the end of the couch and she was laying behind my head. My mom was working outside and came to the window nearby. She was fascinated by the fact that my mom was outside the window. Then my mom started playing peak-a-boo with her. She was fascinated.
I've been basically studying all day, and she's been here all day. She wailed this morning when I wouldn't let her in the bathroom. But this is her:

Hubby brought home a butternut squash. I roasted in the oven and it didn't shred!By, the way how do you cut these in half? I couldn't get any knife through it. Hubby had a hard time with it too.
And that is why Butternut squash is often used outdoors for decoration. That skin is really nasty and the critters even have a hard time getting through it. Try poking some holes in it with a fork (so it doesn't ker-splode) cut the top and bottom off and put it in the microwave for 3-4 minutes, depending on the microwave. The skin will then easily peel off with a potato peeler or paring knife. Slice the Pup in half and scoop out the inner goop. Then you can either roast it whole or cut it into cubes and roast it. Cut down on the roasting time a bit because it has been slightly cooked in the micro. Viola. Fresh Butternut tastes so much better than that bitter pre-bagged stuffed you get at the grocer.

I am a big fan of CupCakes and Disney has some good ones but just as many of them are kinda duds. I find that often with Disney desserts some being amazing and others not so much.
