They're good for my digestion. :hilarious: I always said I would be an Irish Setter if I was a dog.
@MOXOMUMD. Have you ever tried them par boiled until almost done, or use canned drained sweet potatoes, with red and yellow green peppers and onion? You saute' the onions, and peppers together along with the par boiled sweet potatoes until tender, or if using canned, saute' just cooked the peppers and onions together, and add sweet potatoes until they are warm. I love this as a main dish, or with fried pork chops. :hungry:

How come? Did you have a bad experience there? I'd love to hear your impressions.

I haven't stayed a the Hilton DTD for probably over 10 years at this point (I forget exactly the last time I stayed there), but anyway, I thought it was a really nice hotel. It was in a good location if you enjoy spending some evenings at DTD (Disney Springs), going to Cirque du Soleil, etc. (And they had some additional perks I liked such as they served Starbucks coffee, even back then. They also had so many more TV channels on their system than the Disney hotels did, at that time as well.) The rates were reasonable, too. (I tend to stay at the Swan or Dolphin now for the great location and somewhat reasonable rates.)

EDIT: I just read your response to another member about this. Sorry you had some issues. I was lucky, I never had any. I'd only take the bus from the hotel to the parks in the morning, and in the evening, I'd either take a bus to DTD and walk over from there to the Hilton, or I'd just grab a cab. With the money I was saving by not staying in a more expensive on-site hotel, grabbing cabs didn't even put a dent in the money I had left over.
@MinnieM123 I had the same experience with the Hilton, never any issues. Crossing the street was not an issue, but with the changes in transportation going on around DTD, it might be now until they get the bridge finished.

That would be wonderful. We should contact Disney, and see if they would be interested in having a panel, from chit chat to give our collective opinion on how we see things progressing at Disney World. Heck, I would be more than willing to compare the around the world Disney parks. That would be awesome.;):joyfull:
I guess I can make the sacrifice, for the good of the community! ;)
