We can go full tilt for 3 days no problem, but we like the weather down there.If I could do our last trip over I would've scheduled rest days every other day. Commando was just too much in that heat for DD!

I take a flour tortilla, lightly warm it in a skillet, take it out, and saute' broccoli, carrots, onion, in olive oil, put those in the wrap, add fresh tomato's and eat!Sometimes I do peas, or potatoes with the veggies. Thanks for asking, @MinnieM123 .

That's a good suggestion and thank you. Wish I had thought of something like that earlier. So far, he's been doing well by our mixing just a little of his old dog food, with more of the newer grain-free dog food. We're not done yet by any means with this experiment; and we're keeping an eye on him for the next few weeks to see what other options might also work out well for him Eventually, we're trying to find a more reasonably priced, long-term, dog food "combination" -- (feeding him a mixture of 1/2 of some regular dog food, and 1/2 of the premium, grain-free, salmon dog food from the pet store).

Is your family in the military? (Sorry, I don't know anything about your background.) I'm only asking because I "thought" Shades of Green was only for active military and their immediate family, but perhaps I'm mistaken. Or maybe years ago, that was the case.

I'm useless in the high humidity and heat down there. I generally go in May to WDW, and every afternoon I have to go back to my hotel and just crash in the a/c of my room for a few hours, and get rid of my headache. But on the way up to my room, I always stop at the ice cream place in the hotel, or grab something sweet in the gift shop and bring it up to the room.
