Dad was stoic about the whole situation, he accepted what life dealt to him. He loved Mom and she doted on him, it all worked out in the end.

I just went and double checked that my medications were still in the bag and that I had my glasses (otherwise, forget beach reading). I decided to leave my favorite plush at home since he's literally falling apart. Not helping, even though I packed a newer one. Yes, I still travel with a stuffed animal at 20 years old.

I love San Antonio and the river walk area. Very fun, and good places to eat.We want to visit Austin eventually. I have been to Houston many times (by the way I really still miss AstroWorld and WaterWorld that I grew up in going to), Dallas, and Galveston but not Austin or San Antonio yet.
Hi Jennifer, we do half day Friday too. It seems like no one goes back to work after a loooong, lunch, and various "drinks".
I know this wasn't directed to me, my opinion is it's great. You don't have to take off shoes, take anything out of bags, just put bag on conveyor belt. Walk through, the old machines...no hands up routine, and you are on your way. We got it once, and then applied, and bought in...at our age it was 85.00$ per person for 5 years. So worth the shorter lines and no hassle . That's been our experience, hope this helps.

DWifey, myself, and our 3 kiddos went on a long run/walk tonight.
