I much prefer Pepsi to Coke but I think Coke had the greatest commercial of all time. And wouldn't you know my favourite commercial is from the 70's.

And let's not forget the Christmas version.

I love those paper plates and bowls, as I tell hubby, takes no electricity, no dishwashing powder, and no water. Win, win, win,View attachment 92788
I wonder if our cleaning ladies will do dishes too? Today I only had pots though.
Black socks that go halfway to the knee.
Yummy and delish. Here was my spaghetti, and I made some cheesy garlic bread from some leftover hamburger buns. It really hit the spot!

Deep fried pickles. I love these things!
3 for me. 2 for Hubby.

Hubby's Caesar. With yucky croutons.
Jennifer, what kind of books do you like to read?I had the Sante Fe chicken wrap, with the $1.99 up-charge Caesar salad. No croutons.
The wrap was excellent, but I would have preferred a higher red pepper to green pepper ratio.

Salad was meh. Not a fan of the cheap Parmesan sprinkles.
Mike ordered four pounds of wings:

(Garlic Butter Parm in front - sooooooo good, Bourbon something or other in the rear.)
As I'm sure you can imagine, we brought 1/2 wrap and 2/3 of the wings home.
Home; where we still have no cable or internet.
Guess who will be going to bed early and starting a new book.
I know. I always throw him a like, because amazingly and amusingly, he's one of the few voices of reason on that thread sometimes.
I can only dream of 87 degrees F, in May, or possibly June, I'm waiting for July.I went to my grandsons baseball game tonight at 6pm. It was 87 degrees F. It's about time that North Carolina started to feel like North Carolina. I could have worn long pants, sweatshirts and a jacket, but, I would have been mighty uncomfortable.![]()
Hubby and I had bacon for breakfast...keeping those wrinkles away
So pretty.Oh my goodness! Now THAT was a find!!I can't even imagine how much nicer the parks would look in that older book, without all the kiosks, etc. cluttering up the views; I'll bet there's a few benches to sit on in those photos, too?!!

Also, just the term, "coffee table book" is something I haven't heard for quite some time. I recall my mother used to always have a coffee table book displayed nicely, in the livingroom. We had a few of them with different subjects, and she'd rotate them from time to time. Maybe it's just my imagination, but I associate coffee table books with a less hectic, non-connected (i.e. electronic devices, etc.) time in my life. Nice memories . . .
lets agree to disagree.I know. I always throw him a like, because amazingly and amusingly, he's one of the few voices of reason on that thread sometimes.
was it human error or something?Ugh. I'm back and forth here between the computer and watching the news on tv downstairs. Saw the news story about the Amtrak derailment in Philadelphia. Five killed and 136 in hospitals. Dreadful.
I pass on your suggestion and Take Jennifer's samples
I liked those cheesy groups.I pass on your suggestion and Take Jennifer's samples
I dunno but the 60's clothing is a big turn off for me lol.
Could be because of the over cheesy music groups from that time.
just remember.. real tacos should never be microwaved.. but reheated in a oven if they're mostly dry.
The tortilla, like the bread.. gets soggy and disintegrates after reheating it on the micro.
Of course you are.
It was called "Cookie Monster" - basically an Oreo milkshake. Not very large, but dang, it was good!Your pictures looks amazing. I love your food choices. What was that chocolate drink? It looks might tasty.
