When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Earlier this afternoon, Bro #1, Bro #3 and I went to Costco.
Not sure what we had all been imbibing, but we got a giant case of the sillies. For ten straight minutes on the way home we kept saying "kapusta", and then howling like fools.

I haven't laughed that hard in absolute ages.

I even texted "kapusta" to Hubby. He didn't laugh.
I don't think he got it.

I knew I should have gone with "studenina".

Been messaging my friends who I used to work with in downtown Baltimore. They are all really sad about what's going on and really nervous. As I am for them.
I had friends that lived in a rowhouse in downtown Baltimore (they moved to Buffalo about twelve years ago) but we spent a lot of time going to concerts at the arena and hanging out at Inner Harbor. IH has always been one of my favorite vacation places.

I like being silly, too, and laughing over inane things.

Okay, here we go:
3 people in one room w/DDP, 10 day PH + WP = $5158.38
2 people in another room, NO DDP, 10 day PH + WP = $2712.10

vs
2 people in one King room, free DDP, 10 day PH = $3375.76 x 2

Yup, I'll be stopping in at CAA tomorrow.

You know, I find all your planning amusing. If it was just one and done, that would be one thing. But in the ever-changing landscape of who is going to Disney with you, and who is not going to Disney with you, I read your updated posts and scratch my head, wondering how the heck you keep all this information straight!! o_O ;) :joyfull:

I know, but using formula quite often increases the asthma risk, and if I have children, they're already at an increased risk of asthma, especially if I have girls. It runs in the women in my family. Other than my grandfather and one of my mom's cousins, everyone who has it is female, and I'm the fourth generation of females to get it. Great-Grandmother, maternal grandmother grandmother (her daughter), my mother (also her sister), and then me.

Hopefully this is a ways off before I have to think about children, but I kind of like the cat idea...

That is why my kids were on Loma Linda formula. Costs a boatload and a half but worth every penny. I had a standing weekly order through the pharmacy every week. I had it shipped to WDW too when they were small. We got a refrigerator too (before all rooms had them) for free 'cause of the formula.

Let me tell ya, it would have been a bit easier to have an infant at WDW if rooms at that point all had mini fridges.

My cheap gene keeps me motivated.
I look at this way - if I can save $600, that's two Dooney & Bourke bags for me.
@MissM would totally get it. :hilarious:

Baltimore City schools closed tomorrow. Baltimore County has cancelled all field trips into the city for the next week. My school has cancelled all activities in the city. They have asked that we not go anywhere near the city. Those who commute from the city have been given rooms on campus (we have rooms for staff who need to stay on campus during a snowstorm).

That all sounds sensible and prudent.
