I just found out that Geastau's in the Ratatouille Plaza at Walt Disney Studios Parc doesn't serve Ratatouille. Like how could you not add the most iconic dish from the movie that the movie is literally named after?!? >;(

The restaurant which is actually called Bistrot Chez Remy used to serve Ratatouille. I got it with my steak but didn’t care for it but my husband liked it. That was quite a few years ago though, I don’t think it was on the menu when we went two years ago.

That’s crazy! In this day and age how are they still not selling it?

If I was at Disney with no park ticket I would do some of the following things: mini golf at WinterSummerland or Fantasia Gardens (maybe both), do a monorail or Skyliner lounge tour, go to Fort Wilderness and see the horses and do their archery class, hang out at Disney Springs, maybe some pool time. Oh and enjoy 3 Bridges at Coronado and maybe do their sangria class.

I would say get cookies at Giddeons and Summerhouse. Do a taste test! Take Ziplock bags because both place has big cookies. I really did not want to like Giddeons but they were good. Oh and Salt and Straw ice cream is right across from the Summerhouse, so you can have cookies and ice cream. They have some interesting ice cream flavors and they let you taste test. I like the cinnamon snickerdoodle flavor.

Outside of Disney Bok Tower is really nice. We are going to explore some gardens in June
I have some of those things on our list. Fantasia gardens, while hubby is napping, I’ll probably take the skyline from PoP to Riviera, because I haven’t seen it yet. Disney Springs of course. We plan to watch the MK fireworks from the Poly beach, and we are still in discussions over dinner plans. So far Jiko, Boma, Hoop Dee Doo and Sebastian’s bistro have been mentioned. (We can only pick 2) And we plan on doing brunch at Homecomin’. The 2nd morning of breakfast is still up for grabs.

The breakfasts I really like are Trattoria al Forno and Kona Cafe (I get the moco loco there not the tonga toast). I have hear good things about the brunch at Wine Bar George and we might try that in June. If I had to pick two restaurants from your dinner list I would pick Jiko (had some great food there) and Hoop De Doo. I like Boma but between that or Jiko I pick Jiko. I haven't tried Sebastian's but I've heard good things.
