I made the Cheddar Cheese soup from the Le Cellier at Epcot at home the other day. It was... amazing, I forgot to take a picture cause I was to busy eating it. XD

Is it difficult to make? We've done a copycat of Boma's butternut squash soup, and a mushroom bisque like they have at Artist Point. Both are fantastic....we love them.

It was pretty easy, just cut up the bacon and veggies and satuee it, and then add chicken stock. It was easy to make but it just takes a while.
