I made the Cheddar Cheese soup from the Le Cellier at Epcot at home the other day. It was... amazing, I forgot to take a picture cause I was to busy eating it. XD

Is it difficult to make? We've done a copycat of Boma's butternut squash soup, and a mushroom bisque like they have at Artist Point. Both are fantastic....we love them.

I’ve always wanted to try it but never have cause I’m a vegetarian. If I could just have the soup without the bacon it would be great!
