I'm sorry, but Houston is flat! I'm like, what is this? Remember I live in Maryland where it's decidedly not flat aside from down the ocean. It should be noted, however, that I am extremely sleep deprived and have no idea what time it is...

No worries, and, yes, Houston is as flat as a pancake, as is the whole Texas coastal region. But, it’s a big state, and if you were to get away from the airport (which I know couldn’t be the case in this instance ), the general Houston area, and especially the Piney Woods of East Texas, are actually quite beautiful, as well…!!!

And, it’s only 4:30p in Hawaii…But, I guess you can only fly west so far before time would eventually “ketchup” to you…?!!!!!

Most people think of Colorado as all Rocky Mountains, when, actually, about a third of the state (eastern Colorado) looks like this…!!!!!

THNX tomorrow should be a bit better. We're going low key today due to the cold Frittata for breakfast and the baked beans for later are in the oven. The guys are grilling hot dogs so I'll make some cole slaw, "red onions" , baked fries and salad for late lunch seeing I'm letting them sleep in and the frittata and fruit salad will wind up as brunch. Which reminds me I need to chop fruit

Goin’ over to Mom and Pops later, so it’ll be a nice afternoon. Not sure what’s on the menu, but, predicted (wimpy ) high of only 101 today…!!!!!
