That seems to be how that attraction runs. It's crowded early, then clears out later. We always end up having it tie up the DAS for a while though because my brother gets fixated on that ride. *Sigh*

The morning here was horrible though. Over hour waits for everything including A.S.S. Tower of Terror has been two hours all day. Toy story coaster has been 90 minutes to two hours. The other Star Wars ride hasn't been under an hour which I think Star Yours is better. Mania has been an hour all day. Leaving probably after dinner because nobody wants to wait. Genie Plus has really ruined everything though.
Oh, the Rat ride is way way overrated just like Railway
